I’ll be on TV this evening taking your questions. Well… public access cable, anyway.
Tune in to Moral Politics with Eric Oemig, at 6:00 PM tonight, on ScanTV (cable channel 77 or 29 in most of King County, internet stream available), for a live call-in show. Eric and I will be discussing the growing influence of the blogosphere.
So Eric invited you on this week? He had Andrew on a couple weeks back to talk 912.
Goldy—
Would tune in….but 6:00Pm is dinner time for myself and Mrs. C.
Would hate to spoil my dinner listening to your trash-talkin’.
Are you going to spend the whole time talking about what you are against???
When you spell out your Progressive “wet-dreams” will we hear a specific plan including what it will cost and how you will pay for it???
Most importantly….WILL YOU WEAR YOUR CLOWN COSTUME???
I enjoy riding my bike….
Just hard to justify using GasTax to pay for that privilege.
When are the FREELOADING bikers going to start paying for their roads???? How do we charge them???
I got it…..$1000 license tabs!!!!!!
Nope, that’s not enough to pay for these Progressive dreams….
Let’s see, GasTax pays for roads for cars. That makes sense….it’s just a matter of how much is fair and accountability for the WSDOT.
But Bikers are getting a FREE-RIDE!
How fair is that?
Perhaps we could put a surcharge on ALL bikes purchased, all Bike Parts etc. About a 100% tax would be fair….don’t you think?
Bike lanes are fine—–it’s just that Bikers ought to pay!
Mr. C (or is he really Irrelevant?)
I am a bike rider, and I DO pay my share. I have two cars, I pay the tabs on both, and gas taxes to operate both.
I also get yelled at by idiots on the road, or nearly run off the road, or have bottles and cans thrown at me…by those who feel that I don’t pay my share.
Now, I’m not sure what bike route is getting the bridge over I-90 in Moses Lake, but I’m sure the motorists will feel a lot safer of their superiority if it removes bikes off ‘their’ road. I say go for it!
Goldy:
Thanks for doing such a great job here. You’ve certainly helped sort out the horsesasses from the real folks!
My suggestion for your next horsesass: Prankster/Non-Democratic Senator/Independent Mason County Commissioner/can’t get enough of feeding from the public trough trogolidyte Tim Sheldon of Potlatch.
The guy can’t figure out what party he is from, who he represents, who his constituents are, or what his basic political philosophy is.
I invite you to take the guy on!
Those damn bikers not burning gas and putting holes in the ozone layer. How dare you! And damn all those bikers you do all that off road riding to avoid traffic. Mr. Irrelevant, you are what us computer gamers like to call a fucktard.
Mr. Irrelevant/Cynical: Wrap your tiny mind around this:
Windfall taxes on oil companies = Affirmative trickle-down
Get the picture, loser…
Mr. Cynically Irrelevant doesn’t enjoy anything. I think rather than the spurious argument that cyclists should be paying for the privilege of using the motorists’ roads we need to ask: Why do some motorists think they own the road? Because they pay their infinitessimal share? Road funding comes from a broad array of sources, and yes, most cyclists are also tax paying motorists, but that’s beside the point.
Why do some assholes think they own the road, why are they allowed behind the wheel, and given the very reasonable fear of harm prompted by all the bodily threats they make, are we entitled to pull them from their vehicles and beat them to death with our Kryptonite bike locks?
Goldy,
Do you have a snazzy Nordsstroms shirt to wear and remember to roll up those sleeves for the hard-working blogger look. Even the President rolls his sleeves up. Roll the sleeves up on all the shirts.
Wow, talk about a nonsense argument, even as irreverant sarcasm. It’s not the USE of the roads that folks are paying for, it’s the UPKEEP. You could ride thousands of bikes a day on any normal paved road for years and never have to perform any maintenance on that road. Semis, huge suvs and regular cars (in decreasing order of severity) cause 99.9+% of the degradation of the roads. SO, if u want bikers to pay for 0.01% of the upkeep that’s only fair, but it’ll probably cost more in paper work than it’s worth.
Try to come up with something that makes at least some kind of sense next time.
Also, Goldy, don’t forget to wear your moveon.org and progressivemajority buttons. Point out that you are allowed to wear them, as a nod to your readers. We’ll all get the joke, and David Irons will (hopefully) bite through his tongue, and possibly throw a wrench at someone.
Hey Irrelevant, I am a bike commuter and I’d be happy to pay a tax on my bike and get off the road – if all those taxes were used to build bike trails that I could commute on. Bikers shouldn’t have to pay for the roads that autos use. You are lucky we are riding bikes because there are that many fewer cars on the road causing traffic jams, pile-up and pollution. I hate riding with traffic because its people like Irrelevant who make it dangerous and I would vote to ban all non-commercial auto traffic from the city center. That would fix congestion, road maintaice and a host of other problems all at once.
I think Mr.Cynical/Irrelevant is starting to get used to being a loser. He probably has the emotional memory of being cut from every sport he went out for in highschool and he’s applying those old lessons to his new role of political pariah.
“You’re in the jungle , baby!!”
Axl Rose
Goldy,
I’m not clear on what you, having yourself admitted to political “mudslinging,” have to contribute to a show called Moral Politics. Then again, I’ve never seen it and maybe the show title is just supposed to be a joke.
Nice work Goldy. I see that all of your posts concerning Irons have held up over time unlike the GOP’s wacky allegations.
Therefore, I am “buying you a beer.” Wait, make that 20 beers!
Bama, Tom & other bike riders…
You guys complain about your treatment in traffic and part of that is justified. HOWEVER, which of you guys can answer some simple questions:
1. When a bike is going to stop or turn, what are you supposed to do?
2. Do stop signs apply to you?
3. When there are people on the sidewalk, is it OK for you to ride there — especially at full speed?
4. When there is no sidewalk and traffic is at a standstill, should you: a) ride between cars, b) stop like everyone else or c) ride on the packed dirt side of the road?
5. Are you financially responsible when you scratch or dent cars while trying to weave in traffic? In the even you do bump into a car, should you stop, talk to the car’s driver and see if you’ve damaged the car in any way?
Maybe one of the things that you can talk about on the show is how in this election, all the traditional right wing dirty tricks didn’t work? No matter how much the right wing spin machine lied, distorted or manipulated, it wasn’t enough to win. This gives us hope for a better America. When all the right had to do was lie in order to win, they were natural liars so they naturally won. Now that it America expects more, they don’t have a chance.
And one more thing, find out if Irons beat the crap out of his MOM for not voting for him!!! HE HE!
LeftTurn @ 17
You simple, simple child. In this case, the Left Wing Spin Machine won. Goldy even ADMITTED that he was “mudslinging” and said that he simply did it better than Stefan this time.
Apparently, you view Dem politics like people view sausage — tasty, but you’re in denial about how it is made.
The Republicans have gotten away with lying for years now, because let’s face it, most Americans are trusting. When the government tells them that Iraq has weapons and will be soon attacking the United States, Americans have an inclination to trust them.
Once the trust is gone, however, it will not come back. The GOP is going to have to start coming up with new tricks, or they could try being honest. Not likely.

Don’t “progressives” have to wear Hemp?
Speaking of “progressives”….reminds me of we should call you all
“the party formerly known as liberals”
mark:
the big difference between Goldy’s mudslinging, and the Rightie tricksters…
Is that Goldy’s stories were true.
Righton: I don’t have time for your drivel. I’m going to go read some Ward Churchill essays and then swim some laps at the Ted Kennedy swimming pool here in Boulder,CO. Then I’m going to go home, smoke a bowl, listen to some Bob Marley and Taj Majal, and head out to some consciousness raising events! Just another happy, free, progressive day without conservative assholes around to muck things up.
Happy Trails! I hope your knotted bowels stop giving you all that trouble…

Hey folks, it’s NOT a “bike lane” project. This bridge is over I-90, and requires trucks to exit the interstate to get around it. Primary reason for the project is freight mobility.
Secondarily, the new bridge will have sidewalks fro pedestrians, and a bike lane.
Up Yours Mr. Cynical/Irrelevant!
@3
I’m with you on that one, Cyn. Bicycles should be required to have license plates, for which a user fee is charged, for two reasons:
1) So pedestrians injured by bicyclists can get a license number if the bicyclist hits-and-runs or refuses to identify himself.
2) To require bicyclists to help pay for the public rights of way they use.
Bicyclists also should be required to have liability insurance.
Big fines for no license or no insurance.
There is absolutely no reason to treat bicycles differently than motor vehicles, or to treat bicyclists differently from motorists. Hell, nowadays, many bicycles ARE motor vehicles. I’ve seen gas engines on scooters and skateboards, too.
I have an idea … instead of spending $800,000 on a bike bridge over I-90 in Moses Lake, let’s shitcan the bike path and spent $1 million on stop lights and a crosswalk across I-90 in Moses Lake. That way, we can (1) spend more money, (2) create a traffic bottleneck, and (3) kill more bicyclists. Three birds with one stone. This plan should appeal to those whose thinking is characterized by a total lack of logic and reasonableness.
by bamajenk— 11/10/05 @ 12:19 pm
“Secondarily, the new bridge will have sidewalks fro pedestrians, and a bike lane…”
Read the fine print on the project site:
“Funding from the 2005 Transportation Budget for a bicycle and pedestrian bridge is combined with this project, dependent on the outcome of Initiative 912.”
The original reconstruction of the bridge was already planned. The bike/pedestrian after thought is funded through the 9.5 cent increase.
@8
There’s two sides to this story. First of all, we spend a LOT of money on roads to move commerce and get people to work with motor vehicles. Motor vehicles are necessary to the economy, bicycles are not. It’s unreasonable for bicyclists to expect they can hinder or hold up motor traffic on expensive roadways built for motor traffic because they feel like riding a bicycle.
Secondly, all bicyclists aren’t innocent, either. There are motorists and bicyclists who, frankly, deserve each other. Undoubtedly there are cases of motorists harassing bicyclists; but I’ll bet the majority of bicyclists who bike in car traffic and get hit, got hit because they did something stupid, like cutting off a moving car. CARS CAN’T STOP IN 6 INCHES! DRIVERS CAN’T SEE BICYCLISTS TO THEIR REAR OR RIGHT. Bicyclists who endanger themselves by expecting drivers to get out of THEIR way are asking for what they all too frequently get.
@ 21
See, righton acts like he’s a conservative, but he’s still watching The West Wing like the good liberal he is on the inside. Righton just has to out his inner left.. I think leftout more aptly describes him anyhow.
@10
You’re missing the main point, Larry. Bicycles take up space on roads. Practically speaking, as much space as a car, because the driver behind has to allow as much following distance as he would for a car.
The pavement space occupied by the bicycle costs big money. The largest expense is putting the pavement there in the first place. Maintenance costs are not solely due to motor traffic; roads weather, and would degrade even if no motor traffic ever traveled on them. Frost heaving, ground swelling, moisture, heat and cold — all take their toll on pavement.
Bicyclists seem to assume that since the roads are there anyway for motor traffic, their use by bicycles imposes no costs on the public that pays for building and maintaining roads. This would be true only if there is excess roadway capacity. However, when roads are at full capacity, and accomodating bicycle traffic requires widening the roadway to add a bicycle lane, or building more lanes to accomodate the cars displaced by bicycles, the cost of providing space for bicycle traffic on paved roadways is extremely high — and bicyclists pay nothing for it. Look at all the bike lanes in Seattle — every one of them required either widening an existing roadway or eliminating a car lane — and the cost of building or marking the bike lanes was millions of dollars. Cyclists paid nothing. It was all subsidized by those who pay taxes on motor vehicles and fuel.
Rog—
Bicyclists are arrogant and irreverent. They believe they are ENTITLED to add to the cost of road construction projects and FREELOAD at the expense of Motor Vehicles. Read the post from these CLOWNS!!
Some of these PINHEADS try very hard to rationalize all these FREE bikelanes saying they also drive cars????? THAT DOESN’T MATTER YOU CLOWNS!!! The GasTax is from vehicles and should be used for VEHICLES.
The next fallacy is that the Bike Lannes really don’t cost anything! What a crock of shit! They aren’t riding their bikes on AIR are they???? It sure looks like those wheels are on pavement….FREE PAVEMENT that they didn’t pay for with their sweat glands. So how much have these Bike Lanes COST gas users???? MILLIONS!!! How much have bike users paid??? ZERO!!!!
The other fallacy I read was that Bike Lanes require ZERO maintenance. What a bunch of shit that is. I see bikers tossing garbage and having shit fall off their bikes all the time. PLUS the huge cost is the CONSTRUCTION COSTS!!! It’s not FREE Construction CLOWNS!!!
I ride a bike. Bikers need to start paying their way….starting with the Moses Lake project.
Some of the biggest complainers about my calling BULLSHIT on the Biker FREELOADERS are the same assholes complaining about Developer FREELOADERS getting away with not paying their fair share.
We have some educating to do here Rog——
Yeah, we need Bikepool lanes; encourage bikers to double up. Great for the DOT guys to jam some more useless lanes on us.
@18
The fact Goldy was slinging mud at Irons doesn’t mean the mud wasn’t true.
@18 (continued)
Hey, did you like it? The mudslinging, I mean. You guys have been doing it to us for 60 years. You call our candidates “commies,” you make up phony “intern affair” stories, you lie about their war records, you spread vicious rumors, etc. ad naus. So we take a page from your playbook, except what we’re saying about your candidats is all true, and you bitch and moan and cry about it?
Cry me a river, pal. Help solve the water shortage.
Hey righton—
Can you believe the attitudes of the FREELOADING Bikers????
They vote to keep the GasTax because they don’t drive and want FREE Bike Lanes.
These CLOWNS are serious about their ENTITLEMENT!!!
The Cops need to start enforcing the rules of the road on these idiots.
In some towns, cops have confessed they have been told to lay off the bikers….who are constantly running stop signs and making illegal turns.
Let’s see now–
Bikers want cars to pay for THEIR roadway. Drivers are greedy if they won’t pay their way. Bikers are “progressive” because they refuse to pay their way. Does “progressive” mean FREELOADER????
You see, Rabbit, that’s what I like about you. You’re stupid.
Nothing is more likeable than stupid. Stupid is funny and cute. It’s wide-eyed, easily convinced and easily confused. Easy to amaze, bewilder and bedazzle.
Mr. C-I @32
You’re preaching to the choir, dude.
@33
There’s no such thing in this state as a “useless lane,” unless you live in eastern Washington.
@37
I take it for granted that my opinions on bicycles will be met with hostility from the bike faction.
Aaron at 30
Naw, i’m just Goldwater republican, Buckley, Milton Friedman. Current crop of Bush guys bores me.
That said, i take the bait when Dems run dismal candidates like Sims and Patty (dumb) Murray. Almost anybody running against them is better, preferably somebody alive.
No fed taxes, more federalism, less federal government, take us back to no HUD, HEW, Dept of Educ, etc.
Ok, women can keep voting.
So Aaron — do you think a bicyclist who hits and injures a pedestrian should be allowed to peddle on his merry way without so much as an “I’m sorry” let alone leaving his name and insurance information? That’s what we have in this state. No licenses. No insurance. No ID. Every bicycle-pedestrian collision in this state is a hit-and-run, 100% of them. And you expect the pedestrian faction to LIKE that?
If it were up to me, I’d ban the goddam things.
what you are, Righton, is a liar.
You’re hardly a Goldwater republican… You’re not honest enough. Yer more of a ‘party-loyalty, I’m always correct, my way or the highway’ republican… or you were.
Its funny how once it got through your thick skull you were willing to jump ship with all the other rats.
After 9 months of reading your blather, I’m not about to forget all the bush-love and general support you’ve spread in the past.
It isn’t even against the law to ride a bicycle after dark with no lights — or if it is, the law isn’t enforced — and if a bike rider with no lights gets hit by a car, what do you think he’s going to do? Sue the driver, of course.
When bicyclists get reasonable, I’ll get reasonable.
The “we deserve a handout” Biker Crowd sure throws a hissy fit when someone tells them to starting PAYING THEIR WAY.
It’s hysterical!!
Some of CLOWNish illogic spewed is even more priceless.
Now tell me BIKERCLOWNS…..
Cars pay sales tax on repairs, car purchases and all their unrelated purchases. etc. in addition to the GasTax.
The idiotic logic that somehow bikers should be exempt from funding Bike Lane construction “because they pay sales tax” is a real HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!
BIKERFREELOADERCLOWNS——–Pay for your roadways!!!
righton @41
Try being Amish. You might like it.
With apologies to the Amish.
Hey, I got nothing against people who are happy with dirt roads, no electricity, and growing their own (organic) food. I love ’em!
I just get a little impatient with freeloading assholes like “righton” who want all the civilized conveniences — and want someone else to pay for them.
Hey, Goldy!
Someone is fake-posting as Roger Rabbit. I’m finding myself agreeing with a lot of what he sayd re: our spandex-clad, two-wheeled arrogant friends.
@50
This is the REAL Roger Rabbit, not an imposter! Just because you goose-steppers march in lockstep with an ideology and your party’s talking-points-of-the-day doesn’t mean The Bunny has to! I think for myself, and I disagree with my liberal friends now and then.
roger, it is against the law, at least thats what I’ve been told, bicyclist must have a light or reflective something or other when riding at night. So is scratching someones car and just leaving, so is crossing against the light, so is riding too fast on the sidewalk, so is riding between stopped cars at a light.
I don’t know but I suspect an unlighted bicyclists riding at night trying to sue a driver who he ran out in front of would be treated exactly as a pedestrian tryin to do the same thing when being hit jaywalking. ‘Gee I am sorry about that whole in your lungs, but that really was your fault.’
Thats about enforcement. Don’t make the mistake of taring all bicyclists with that brush.
For example, if I had been a U.S. Senator voting on Clinton’s impeachment, I would have voted to remove him for getting a blowjob under the desk at work. That wasn’t his desk or office — the people own it. If I did that at work, I would get fired, so when the high-and-mighty do it, why shouldn’t they get fired, too? Clinton was a hell of a lot better president than the monkey occupying that office now, but I would have fired him anyway. If I owned a business and caught my best salesman banging the secretary on the desk, I’d fire both of them. Get it?
Hey, Biker Boys…
Where are your answers to my questions @ 16?
Do ANY of you know what the proper procedure is for a cyclist stopping or turning on a public road?
What about obeying stop signs, other traffic markers and general traffic laws??
Bamajenk @ 5
Interesting point. How does Tim Sheldon get to serve in TWO ELECTED OFFICES at the same time? He is State Senator from District 35 (elected as a Democrat in 2002) and County Commissioner from Mason County (elected as an Independent in 2004).
Unfortunately, state law doesn’t prohibit HOLDING two elected offices at the same time. It only prohibits someone from RUNNING for two elected offices in the same election.
We should change this. If someone holds an elected office, and gets elected to another office, their first office should automatically be vacated when they are sworn into their second office.
Or we could do even better, like they did in Florida. If someone holds a state or local elected office, and runs for a different office, they automatically forfeit their existing office when they file their candidacy papers for the second office. Unless their existing office would otherwise be up for election in the same election in which they are seeking another office.
It is bad enough that someone in Washington can run for a second office, and hold on to their existing office, simply because the election years for the two offices are different. It is completely ridiculous that someone like Tim Sheldon can hold two elected offices at once (and with different party affiliations to boot).
@52
My beef is with the aggressive cyclists, and there’s too damn many of those. Also stupid kids. I’ve seen LOTS of people — and not just kids but also adults — riding bikes after dark with no lights. I’ve seen them run stop signs and red lights. I’ve seen them weave in and out of car traffic, weave out of the bike lane into the car lane, cut off cars. And if you tried to say anything, what do you think would happen? The cyclist will get angry and hostile, that’s what.
@54
Maybe that county has more offices to be filled than walking, cognate, sensate people.
Richard @ 54
I wasn’t aware that they could hold two offices, either.
If you ever decide to put together an initiative that requires all officeholders to forfeit their office upon filing for another one (unless they’d be up for re-election anyway), I’ll be glad to sign. If a candidate is going to ask the public to commit to them for the full term, they should be willing to offer the same commitment.
I seriously think this is not a Left/Right issue, but one between all of the people and those who desire to “lead” them.
Yah, rodger, I’ve also got a problem with agressive cyclist, also aggressive moterist, you know, the ones who refuse to stop at a crosswalk? You and mark just describe a whole slew of illegal behaviors and said bikes need to be removed from the road or licensed because of them.
The thing is, just as motorists who fly through crosswalks need to be ticketed, and pedestrians who jaywalk need to be ticketed, bicyclist who break the law should get tickets. This is enforcement of existing laws that doesnt happen.
Before anyone asks, yes I do always cross at a crosswalk, when the light is right or if that crosswalk is unmarked, it is mine stop your stupid car!!
Roger @ 55
Can you believe that I’ve only seen ONE cyclist in recent memory who knows the proper procedure for stopping or turning (at a marked intersection or otherwise) in all of cycle-happy Puget Sound?
Bill @ 58
Can you tell me what the proper procedure is for a bicycle at a crosswalk?
me @ 61
Both when you come up to it in the vehicle lane and when you use the crosswalk…
mark, I am guessing that ONE cyclist was not an SPD bicycle cop (since I’ve yet to see a bycycle cop actully do something silly like follow the law. My guess is that training needs to start with them and somehow get them to start enforcing the law.
RR —
As a frequent bike rider, I agree with you that too many riders are arrogant and aren’t very good at obeying the letter of the traffic laws. But,… 99.9% of us also have cars on which we pay taxes, and when we ride our bikes, we’re usually on the shoulder of the road and are freeing up lane space (just like carpoolers and transit riders do).
If they are on the road, as a motor vehicle, if on the sidewalk, dismount and walk the bike through as a pedestrian. Bikes actually are not allowed to use crosswalks.
bill @ 62
But do YOU know what to do when stopping or turning on a bike?
What about my question to you @ 60/61?
Me @ 65
Sorry, Bill. I apologize. Guess you replied as I was typing.
By the way, you earn a cookie. Good job! Now I know there are TWO cyclists in Puget Sound with some idea of cycling laws.
As I have said, I am not a bicyclist, but yes hand signals are required when on roads, but not on sidewalk. Those are the same signals used by motorists.
Hmmm… Filtered again??
OK… To repeat.
Bill,
Sorry re: me @ 65. Didn’t see your second post. Good work! You get a cookie! Now I know there are TWO cyclists in Puget Sound who know the rules. :)
Do YOU know how close you can be to a pedestrian in a crosswalk (while driving your car) and still legally go through it?
Windie; you are a liar, or forgetfull
I’ve never once defended Bush. Voted against him 2x, and yeah voted for the Dem idiots he ran against. Protest against missile defense and against war in iraq.
but yeah, like i said once before, i take the bait, when confronted w/ the losers you guys support. I suspect you guys on the left take the same bait when confronted w/ a right winger that drives you nuts.
We’re even worse off than you guys; you have Hillary (ugh), all we got is McCain….yipes
HA-HA!!! I got it!
Leave it to a Lefty website to filter out the word “J=0=B!”
Interesting over at SP that everybody thinks the woman Stefan dealt with deserves full prosecution and no one thinks the KC repubs do for signing the “under penalty of perjury” lie.
You think there would be at least one of them over there who would think that fair is fair….
Do YOU know what exactly is an unmarked crosswalk that you are required to stop at?
I’ve ranted enough about bicycles. It should be clear by now that badly behaving bikers are one of my pet peeves. Nuff said.
@71
“Fair” is not what Repuglifucks do. “My way or the highway” is what Repuglifucks do.
job
Do YOU know what the rules are for ‘just dropping gramma at the door’ in the bus lane in front of Beneroya Hall?
@70
I didn’t have any problem with it. I typed “job” and it didn’t get stuck in the filter.
As long as we’re on the subject of jobs, Stefan can’t hold one — not even a $9-an-hour temp job — his woman is supporting him. I asked him last night if she could get me a deal on a Hyundai, but he isn’t answering me.
job
no filter problem there — must be operator error on your end, Mark.
bill @ 72
IIRC (and I could be off on this), you’re talking about when a pedestrian is crossing at any intersection and is in front of you or halfway across the street — or something to that effect.
Roger, try putting ANY word in front of the three-letter word. In other words, “good ***”
Allow motorcycles to drive in the shoulders… that might solve traffic congestion.
Ok… it might not, but at least it would solve congestion for me.
Get a job
Also, Roger, try typing just “get a ***” and nothing else.
job
See, if you JUST use that word, it doesn’t filter. If you put ANYTHING in front of it, it does.
Good job, any intersection unless otherwise marked is an unmarked crosswalk, you may only procede with your car through the crosswalk if the pedestrian is at least 1.5 lanes away from you.
You know, mark the reason for the filter is to keep advertisers from cluttering this up with posts for certain drug and websites that we see email for all too much. The reason for that type of filter would be to catch that word with the word ‘blow’ in front of it. You know, when you do find a blocked word, its a bit on the stupid side to actually say it. I for one would rather not wade through ads.
rightards
I never get filtered. Guess it’s because I’m not a rightard!
Quest @ 87
No, it is because the filter can tell that even sp@mm*rs are smarter than you and it isn’t afraid.
goldy tv??? are you sure goldy that you and josef aren’t related?
Goldy:
Can you and Eric discuss how all roads of corruption and moral bankruptcy lead to conservatism and their mock “family values?”
In particular, read from Scooter Libby’s book, “The Apprentice” where a Madam forces a 10 year old girl into a cage with a bear, whereupon the bear rapes the child while other men look on.
Or, perhaps you could read from O’Reilly’s book where two 15 year old girls, who are hooked on crack, have to perform oral sex on a drug dealer, probably Rush Limbaugh’s connection, on a “faux leather couch.”
Or maybe, Lynne Cheney’s bodice ripper novels.
Geeez, what is it with conservatives and child pornography? Why to they insist on writing about children in desperate circumstances being forced into the sex trade?
Hindsight being 20/20, is there any doubt now why the Christian Right and the rest of the conservatives were so infatuated with Ken Starr’s report about Clinton’s sexual affairs?
With that much porn being written by the leadership of the conservative parties, I can’t even begin to imagine the level of masturbation that must be going on in the basements of conservatives like Ms Chickenhawk. (Gotta love the double entendre of Mr. Cynical’s new nickname.)
hmm,
Can I get anyone else to come back on what Righton is saying? I seriously remember him as being pro-bush and pro-war, et cetera… But maybe I’m just suffering ‘rightie-troll-bleed-thru’.
Can someone more reliable tell me if I’m right, or mixing him with MTR or puddy?
Windie @ 90
This is just like dealing with Scotty McClellan, you know exactly what he means by interpreting his words in the exact opposite way.
With a moniker like ‘righton’ is it reasonable to believe he wasn’t a Bush supporter? And, yes, by the way, I do recall him being pro bush and, specifically, pro Iraq war last summer.
GBS @ 91
Whether he was for or against Bush last summer, doesn’t what he says now count for more?
Personally, I supported Bush, but am now disappointed with how things have gone — especially in his choices of people to whom he has delegated authority and the folks he has marginalized or pushed out of the administration. But I’m less bothered by Bush the man than by the Far Right Machine that has taken over my party. I vote Dem when the candidate is clearly better. But when it is a toss-up, I’ll go with the “devil you know over the devil you don’t know.”
mark you’re missing the point:
Like the rat he is, he’s not only abandoning Bush as a failure (as anyone with a brain would do), he’s saying He never supported Bush.
If he’d said “I changed my mind, I can’t support Bush anymore”, which is basicly what you said, there’d be no problem.
But he’s incapable of that. Congenitally dishonest, he’s a symbol of what’s wrong with the right in the US.
re me@93
also, I have this sneaking suspicion that he’s not abandoning Bush for his failed policies, or for the scandals… but just because Bush isn’t winning any more.
Thats pathetic.
@ 91
In righton’s case, no. Because unlike you, he’s not lamenting his descion to support bush, rather he’s trying to rewrite his own history on this blog.
BIG, BIG DIFFERENCE.
Mark, it’s time for a good ol’ fashion “Come To Jesus” meeting, my brother, because Bush ‘the man,’ is the top dog of Far Right Machine. It’s high time you recognize that point of fact.
And, are you really more disappointed in his choices of the people he surrounds himself with, or marginalizes. Or, are you more disappointed with the descions the he alone has to make?
Misleading the public about Iraq.
Fiscal irresponsibility.
$8.8 billion dollars missing in Iraq.
Not capturing Bin Laden.
The Dow which is at the same level when he took over the office.
Cronyism.
Never using his Veto pen, for anything, ever.
I mean really, what are you most disappointed about?
@ 94
It’s the latter and it IS pathetic. Period.
Can you discuss your thoughts on Eyman’s overwhelming victory…achieved without even really mounting a campaign in the general election?
He is a horses ass but he was about the only Right-winger to come out not smelling like one on Tuesday night.
@ 80
Good job
why GBS….you’re back? did you ever get around to answering me about the chem weapons? no?
@ 80
Yep, you’re right. I just tried typing good j=o=b @ 3:40 pm and it got snagged in the filter.
Wonder how long before it gets released. I’ve got one locked up in the filter. It may never come out either because I quoted from Scooter’s book; The Apprentice.
Windie, GBS
You know, the internet allows you to search…
I’m solidly right wing, occassionally going beyond in the fray called blogs… I’m unafraid to lambaste dot, sims, cliniton, hillary, etc.
But except for knee jerk (enemy of my enemy) reactions against Barney Frank, or Howard Dean or whomever, I can’t recall and i guess would vouch under oath I have not been supporting bush on this blog (or elsewhere).
Maybe you are projecting, and or confusing Bush with Rossi….you know if you read your talking points long enough you might actually start believing them…
Repeat after me: Bush = Rossi = Rove = Hitler = Genghis Khan
(NOT)
XG @ 98
Nope, I didn’t. Can you refresh my memory?
@ 100
Hahahahahahaha
You and Libby must have the same attorney. Are you really going for the “memory defense?”
Haahahahahahaha
What a pair of dopes.
@ 100
No, no, no, Hannity calls it the ‘failure of recollection’ defense, right? That’s the ticket!
Hahahahahahaha
You goof.
ChristmasGhost
Yeah, some of us have REAL contributions to make to society and don’t have the luxury of loafing all day long like you do waiting for the post man to deliver your Social Security checks, you old spider.
its more of the rightie mantra: “What we say defines reality.”
Righton Says he never supported bush, Et al, therefore it must be true!
as much as i despise “cut and paste” i couldn’t resist on this one. you might want to order the book from doubleday….it’ll be a real page turner……….talk about hypocracy!!!!!!
” * Filmmaker Michael Moore insists that corporations are evil and claims he doesn’t invest in the stock market due to moral principle. But Moore’s IRS forms, viewed by Schweizer, show that over the past five years he has owned shares in such corporate giants as Halliburton, Merck, Pfizer, Sunoco, Tenet Healthcare, Ford, General Electric and McDonald’s.
* Staunch union supporter Rep. Nancy Pelosi (Calif.) has received the Cesar Chavez Award from the United Farmworkers Union. But the $25 million Northern California vineyard she and her husband own is a non-union shop.
The hypocrisy doesn’t end there. Pelosi has received more money from the Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees union than any other member of Congress in recent election cycles.
But the Pelosis own a large stake in an exclusive hotel in Rutherford, Calif. It has more than 250 employees. But none of them are in a union, according to Schweizer, author of “The Bushes: Portrait of a Dynasty” and a regular contributor to the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and other periodicals.
The Pelosis are also partners in a restaurant chain called Piatti, which has 900 employees. The chain is – that’s right, a non-union shop.
* Ralph Nader is another liberal who claims that unions are essential to protect worker rights. But when an editor of one of his publications tried to form a union to ameliorate miserable working conditions, the editor was fired and the locks changed on the office door.
* Self-described socialist Noam Chomsky has described the Pentagon as “the most vile institution on the face of the earth” and lashed out against tax havens and trusts that benefit only the rich.
But Chomsky has been paid millions of dollars by the Pentagon over the last 40 years, and he used a venerable law firm to set up his irrevocable trust to shield his assets from the IRS.
* Air America radio host Al Franken says conservatives are racist because they lack diversity and oppose affirmative action. But fewer than 1 percent of the people he has hired over the past 15 years have been African-American.
* Ted Kennedy has fought for the estate tax and spoken out against tax shelters. But he has repeatedly benefited from an intricate web of trusts and private foundations that have shielded most of his family’s fortune from the IRS.
One Kennedy family trust wasn’t even set up in the U.S., but in Fiji.
Another family member, environmentalist Robert Kennedy Jr., has said that it is not moral to profit from natural resources. But he receives an annual check from the family’s large holdings in the oil industry.
* Barbra Streisand has talked about the necessity of unions to protect a “living wage.” But she prefers to do her filming and postproduction work in Canada, where she can pay less than American union wages.
* Bill and Hillary Clinton have spoken in favor of the estate tax, and in 2000 Bill vetoed a bill seeking to end it. But the Clintons have set up a contract trust that allows them to substantially reduce the amount of inheritance tax their estate will pay when they die.
Hillary, for her part, has written and spoken extensively about the right of children to make major decisions regarding their own lives. But she barred 13-year-old daughter Chelsea from getting her ears pierced and forbid the teen from watching MTV or HBO.
* Billionaire Bush-basher George Soros says the wealthy should pay higher, more progressive tax rates. But he holds the bulk of his money in tax-free overseas accounts in Curacao, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands.
Schweizer writes: “Liberals claim to support affirmative action but don’t practice it. They support higher taxes but set up complicated tax shelters to avoid paying them. They claim to be ardent environmentalists but abandon their cause when it impinges on their own property rights.
“The reality is that liberals like to preach in moral platitudes. They like to condemn ordinary Americans and Republicans for a whole host of things – racism, lack of concern for the poor, polluting the environment, and greed.
“But when it comes to applying those same standards to themselves, liberals are found to be shockingly guilty of hypocrisy.
“The media and the American people need to hold them accountable.”

gbs; can you read? i didn’t end w/ “to best of my recollection”
yipes.
and big ps to you guys, since i know you don’t read national republic, etc…there are right wingers opposed to bush
Mostly cuz social spending out of control, and by being a halfway right winger, he does just enough to piss you guys off without delivering the goods on real reforms.
Plus he’s not a salesman for our cause, the way Reagan or others have been. We got zip now; need you guys back so we can lambaste you idiocy.
why GBS…..so much venom from such a little man? hate to burst your wee little bubble there but, alas, at 49, i do not collect SS.
nor do i “sit around like an old spider”…but i love the image…..it was a laugh out loud moment for sure. thanks.
only you could forget about chem weapons…you and hans blix….heh heh heh
@ 106
It’s this level of dysfunctional thinking from the rigth is exactly the reason this country is in the critical mass stage it is in now.
Your side wanted to “lead” with you “Contract on America.” We’ve tried your way for 5 years now, and guess what? It just couldn’t suck enough.
So your brilliant answer is to have Democrats elected again so that you can lambaste” us, code word for negative attack politics, to rev up the base.
BTW, he DID sell all you dipshits. Afterall, you voted for him, right? He sold your asses so bad, if you were an Iraqi you would’ve bought sand flies from him. You DUMB ASS.
Gotta admit though, he’ll have a career after politics giving Brian Tracy a run for his money, won’t he?
ChristmasGhost
I thought you’d appreicate it since you’ve called me an old spider before and accused me of waiting for my welfare checks.
Glad you had a laugh out loud moment. See, spreading The Truth With Jokes. :)
ChristmasGhost
I gotta run now, more worker produtivity is required of me, so I’ll leave you with this.
What happens when you give Viagra to a Republican?
They just get bigger!
Damn, Filter Hell.
Gotta run.
Check back ChristmasGhost, I left a little joke for you that’s trapped in the filter.
GBS
I finally found 1 blog dude who isn’t Dean Logan; he of course can read my ballots and know I never voted for Bush. (old GHW Bush yes, not his son)
Righton @ 112 – Whatever. It is really funny to see the Republicans backing away from Bushy and his War. Oh well, better late than never. Welcome to reality Righton.
fire_one; problem though, for all of us..
I’m not any closer to supporting any dem/lib/prog. Just have zip on nat’l basis.
I’m still glad bush gets to nominate supremes; roberts and aliato seem good, though i’d still love bork and starr to be on the court instead…
ooh now its “I don’t support Bush, but I support what he does!”
What a weasel.
Like I say all the time, keep diggin’ that hole for us. You’re doing us a huge favor!
@ 112 OK, righton WHO did you vote for in 2000 and 2004?
windie; none of us are 100% tied to our man…right, (clinton did stuff ya’ll didn’t like)
GBS; gore/kerry. sissies vote 3rd party.
windie;
but solidly GOP on the senate, house, plus i think state races. Missile defense in 2000 scared me, and in 2004, Bush was just too much in the middle; that is uninspiring, but i’m still pissed by the UN stuff by powell; I get the geopolitical reasons to jam the Arabs, but that’s not what they told us, hence pissed.
I honestly don’t know the answer now; staying is dumb, and leaving is dangerous.
Sounds like noone is admitting to voting for him, but . . . if the right didn’t vote for him and the left didn’t vote for him, how did Bush get elected?
bill;
Hard to find Bush voters on horsesass. About 2/3 libs on this, plus i’m the only respondee today on my pres. vote.
Maybe you helped Ron sims on his bank accuracy extrapolation?
Here is why we on the right have issues with democrats and democratic thinking. UC-Irvine, a very liberal school right down the street from where I am right now.

Puddy “Freep” Koresh:
Your living up to your “freep” legend. You post an article about a pedophile and somehow that has something to do with “democrats” and “democratic thinking”. Have you ever heard of Jim West?
The LA Times article has a similar disconnect. A hospital’s dysfunctional policy on liver transplants? Huh?
Last but not least a plug on whacko tin-hat
journalistpropagandist, Richard Miniter. Here’s a quote from an Amazon review:Before I buy a book like this I like to read one chapter that I covers a topic I know something about. Then, if that chapter is accurate I can be realtivley assured the rest of the book is accurate. In this case I read the chapter about “100,000 Iraqi dead.” The author tries to dispute the Johns Hopkins study that found it most likely that at over 100,000 Iraqis have been killed in the recent war. Unfortunately the author is clueless about the study and relies instead on comments from other media personalities to pad his dispute. In fact, the study was done by a group that has done several other studies in war zones and for which the results have been widely accepted. Since they used the same standard techniques in the Iraq study, it is not likely he got less accurate results. A few illustrations of the authors attempt to discredit the study will suffice to discredit the author. 1) The author claims the study included the massive deaths in Falluja, so skewed the results. If he had read the study himself, he would have found this is not true. But he relied on a media personality for that morsel, so he just repeats that disinformation. 2) He claims the study authors did not see death certificates for those who died, and just trusted the surviors for the facts. In fact, the study says they saw death certificates for over 70% of the deaths recorded. 3) He takes issue with the study methodology, escpecially the way the researches used smaller or larger areas (still random, however) to get enough reponses to make the data reliable. If he knew anything about statistical methods he would know this is a non-issue.
In short, based on this disinformative chapter I do not believe the rest of the book will be reliable and is most likely simply other disinformation to push the authors political agenda. Don’t waste your money on this trash.
puddy…..good job. maybe it will refresh GBS’s memory a little.
and GBS….your joke didn’t come through yet. what did you do put the words J-O-B or soc-ial-ist in it? naughty naughty……LOL.
Puddy “Freep” Koresh:
Got a big response in the filter. Main points:
1) UCI Hospital’s policies or operation on liver surgerises. Huh? Disconnect.
2) Ever hear of Jim West?
3) Miniter is a tin-hat kook. Regnery? Kooksville. See Amazon reviews of Disinformation for more trashing of a trashy book for wingnuts on a bender like Puddy “Freep” Koresh.
bill….i will happily tell you that i voted for him. and i am not sorry that i did. do i agree with everything he does and says? no. but close enough. can any of you really fathom how much worse 9/11 would have been with al”i invented the internet and can eat two gallons of leftie ice cream without taking a breath” gore as president? even the far lefties i am friends with shudder at that one. but then, they are from CAL EE FOR NEE AHHHH [as you guys keep pointing out] so they can actually R-E-A-D.
hooray for goldy, he’s on TV!
Goldy,
Was that a water bottle in your lap, or were you just happy to be on TV? :-)
Clueless you don’t get it. You are your name.
It’s this hospital’s liberal policies regarding selective medicine. The other hospitals accepted the same “rejected” organs. I am down here in LA less than five blocks from this hospital, stoopid. You should listen to the commentary here. Sheesh, you are still dense.
The teacher example is just up your alley. What does Jim West have to do with teachers, dummy? Damn a standard Clueless deflection.
Miniter’s book proves some findings and it doesn’t agree with mooron.org? Oh too bad Clueless. If the documentation is correct what is your problem? I went to Amazon’s review site. A person who HASN”T read the book reviews it? What shit is that?
The overall reviewers said :) :) :) :) out of 5. Dummy! Keep drinking the Jim Jones Kool-Aid.
Here is how clueless lives to his name: For the Minitar book the following are the reviews
1 reviewer gave it :) and he did not read the book: 85.4% reject their review
1 reviewer gave it :) :) :) :) :) : 72.4% agree with them
1 reviewer gave it :) :) :) :) : 75% agree with them
1 reviewer give it :) and 56.7% reject their review
And clueless’ next bullshit line is?
Nindid: Google this statement “Schwarzenegger spent $7 million of his money” More information regarding the four CA ballot issues rejected by the people.
“For those who wish to see the state rescued from the out-of-control spending by special interests and an attendant fall into economic chaos, there was one positive aspect to the otherwise bleak election blowout.
Primarily financed by private-sector and public-employee unions, the opposition was so afraid of the governor’s initiatives, that they spent $150 million to defeat them. (Schwarzenegger spent $7 million of his own money on the campaign.) This had to be a pyrrhic victory for his enemies.
The California Teachers Association even mortgaged its headquarters building and will no doubt need to raise its members’ dues to meet expenses including the new loan obligations.”
Nindid: http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/.....FL4JN1.DTL
Puddy “Freep” Koresh:
KOOOKY… Even hospitals are red/blue for PFK just like the rest of life is black/white. If the hospital does anything wrong – sue the bastards – ooops PFK supports Bushite “Tort” reform.
A pedophile get caught – oh yeah – that’s liberal policies at work, i.e. KOOOOKY.
Miniter, like Michelle Maglalang and the rest of the Regnery is well KOOOKKY. Attracts KOOKS like PFK.
Election was a real bummer for you PFK, wasn’t it?
GBS @ 95: “Bush ‘the man,’ is the top dog of Far Right Machine. Or, are you more disappointed with the descions the he alone has to make?”
You guys gotta make up your mind (note the singular). Is GWB the evil mastermind running the Far Right Machine or is he a simpleton and puppet?
Personally, I think he’s a guy who says WAAAYYY too much and lacks an understanding of subtlety and nuance. He also has too much of a frat boy attitude and ends up going along with the crowd when his frat brothers (the Far Right) come up with some crazy scheme. Loyalty is good, but unquestioning loyalty is bad — especially in a leader. Great to delegate to “experts,” but I fear GWB doesn’t ask enough challenging questions of said “experts.”
Another example… I liked Rummy at first because he appeared to shoot straight and didn’t take any crap from the media. Turns out he was WAY more arrogant and myopic than was healthy for the country. Going into Iraq wasn’t the mistake. Going in with no contingency plans was.
Puddy Koresh:
Take heart. You’re in the OC. There ought to be a neocon KOOL-AID bar nearby to drown your sorrows.
@59
You mean there IS one?
— With apologies to you cyclists who DO obey the law … and thank you for doing so.
so ghost you say 9/11 would have been worse if gore were at the helm? What exactly do you think he would have done? Hide like a pussy for 12 hours without addressing the country at all then lie and claim he saw something on tv that was never broadcasted while during a time period when he is on film reading a childrens book. . . oh wait, nevermind.
dunno where you get that ‘I invented the internet, I have called people on that bullshit before, proved the point, do I really need to show you to be a stupid liar too? You know that was a bullshit statement, you commented last time this came up. Are you really that dumb?
I am starting to wonder if there are two ghosts, one is thoughtful and the other is a total lying moron.
@83
good job
So what is with you extremist anyway, both sides keep doing this crap. Look, when something got disproved waiting two weeks and saying it again is just asinine. You dont get points for people getting tired of correcting your lies, you get ignored when you keep doing it.
@83 (continued)
tried g— j–, it’s snagged in the filter
Since you brought it up what the hell did Bush do to improve the situation around 9/11? Lets see, he hid. He never actually addressed the nation for hours. Several days after the fact he gave a nice speech in New York. A few years later he sent troops to Afganistan, but never actually got the guy who sent the terrorist, but then he said the hell with that and went into Iraq instead, hindsight may be 20/20 but there weren’t any terrorists there till we had been there for a few months. ummm did I miss anything? So you tell me, what exactly did he do that was so great?
If the bikers want special lanes, they can pay a toll.
Karma: I am down here. Locals are finding fault with the hospital. 28 people died dummy. What don’t you understand about this?
The Teacher is how old? Once trained by the NEA you don’t change even if you are super old!
Yes, I am in the OC, but I don’t troll at bars like your kind does, Karma “What? Huh? Did You Say Something?” Clueless
Have you checked into that hospital yet? You know, for the std that your significant other gave you?
PFKoresh: Enlighten me. What has a hospital’s poor management or other problems have to do with “democrats and democratic thinking” as you stated in 130? I repeat, if they did something wrong, sue the bastards – that is if Rovian, Bushite Tort “Reform” laws are not in place.
What does a pedophile being being caught and thrown in jail have anything to with “democrats and democratic thinking”?
Now Miniter I can understand. He is part of the Regnery Library otherwise know as nine-hundred and ninety-nine thousand nine-hundred and ninety-nine ways to hate Bill Clinton.
A room stacked full of Regnery books is also known as a neocon KOOL-AID bar where a winger KOOK usually goes to recuperate after being given a dose of reality like last Tuesday’s election returns and Judge John Bridges decision.
Back ON TOPIC – Goldy did a great job on public access TV. Anyone catch it?
PFK: I didn’t catch the NEA part. That is toooo KOOOKKY…
Get a grip PFK, get a grip…
Hello My PuddyBUTT, who are you masquerading as today, Roger “Truth Teller Wabbet”, David Axelrod, Clueless, Rugrat602, etc.? Since you capitalized the BUTT you must have that Hershey Highway fetish. Regarding “my” supposed STDs, have you recently been checked for scabies, fleas, lice, open puss sores, gangrene, psoriasis?
Easy Karma “What? Huh? Did You Say Something?” Clueless. Regarding getting a grip… That’s how you pleasure yourself right? Amazing how lefties tell us how to do that which pleases lefties!
Break it down for you.
1.) The hospital decides who received or in this case didn’t receive a transplant. Just like your democratic party. We’ll tell you what’s good for you. Just trust us.
2.) The NEA, in it for themselves, teachers, and not the kids. Teachers get their marching orders from the NEA. Has the NEA condemned the teacher abuse of kids? I haven’t seen it. Here was their 1999 plaform broken down and then http://www.restoringamerica.or.....y_nea.html. I also looked at their 2004 Convention. They didn’t change their platform too much.
3.) The Miniter Book, still waiting for the reBUTTal! If his book states the facts, as it is, it will be the best book for lefties to sit down and read with their Kool-Aid!
@ 155
Whoaa.. Calm, calm Puddy F. Koresh. The men in white coats will soon be there…
What? Huh? Did You Say Something Clueless?
PuddyBUTT @ 157
“Since you capitalized the BUTT you must have that Hershey Highway fetish.”
Ummmm…this, from the person who used “butt” in place of the conjunction “but” for the first two months of posting?????
(*snicker*)
Hey Goldy: Since you like the little tube, please perform a review of this movie and post it for us. I’d like to hear your take, since you are so “right” lately!
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/9991391/
Yes, dj I did. I was making a point of this being HorsesASS jackass. Oh, that’s right dj another butt joke!
But, but, but, but Puddybud @ 163
Since you used “butt” in place of “but” for so long are we correct in infering that you have a Hershey Highway fetish?
Goldy, since you aspire to be a reporter, do you support the Aruba boycott? Give us some reporting!!!
No DJ.
@ 160
I said you’re going to pay up to 9.5 cents more for gas per gallon over three years to help repair and rebuild infrastructure.
I said Jeff Lyin’ Sax of Shit is no longer on your county council.
I said Ron Sims is still King County Executive and Dean Logan is still head of KCREALS.
I said Tim Kaine is Governor of Virginia.
I said Arnold the Govinator crashed and burned through his special election.
I said I heard you welshed on a bet with GBS.
I said if you didn’t change your ways your soul would burn in hell for eternity along with Dr. Michael Aquino and Jared Taylor, i.e. you cannot serve both God and Mammon.
But it probably doesn’t matter what anyone says, the flames of the burning building have rendered you both deaf and blind.
What? Huh? Did You Say Something Clueless?
I said you’re going to pay up to 9.5 cents more for gas per gallon over three years to help repair and rebuild infrastructure. – Regarding the 9.5 cent tax. I will just pass that onto my clients. I won’t be paying it except for pleasure trips and most of those are out of the state!!!
I said I heard you welshed on a bet with GBS. – Man you are stupid clueless. Did you read the other thread? I documented the calls jacquesass. Wrong oh stupid one. Where I am in LA I have bad cell phone connection. I called John Carlson’s show twice but I lousy cell phone coverage. Ask Matt, John’s producer did Puddybud call at 5:08 PM and again at 5:35 PM. Here I’ll make it easy for you.
His email address is:
Matt Haver (John’s Producer):
PHONE: 206.404-3095
EMAIL: mhaver@fisherradio.com
Hey retard, give him a call tomorrow and ask direct did Puddybud cal twice from LA Monday and was each call a lousy connection. Our first call was breaking up and when I went to another area I still had a lousy cell phone connection the second time. Ask him to have John say on their air I could not support David Irons, Jr. because he would not take the LDT. Ask him, “What? Huh? Did You Say Something” Clueless?
I said if you didn’t change your ways your soul would burn in hell for eternity along with Dr. Michael Aquino and Jared Taylor, i.e. you cannot serve both God and Mammon. – I don’t need religious lectures from you, you who support democratic policies that break many of God’s 10 Commandments.
But it probably doesn’t matter what anyone says, the flames of the burning building have rendered you both deaf and blind. – Again, “What? Huh? Did You Say Something” Clueless?
Clueless: Your beloved unions here in CA spent $150 Million to defeat Arnold’s initiatives. The Unions spent other people’s money. Isn’t that what you decry about the Republicans in Congress? The Teachers Union hocked their building. Arnold spent 7 million of his own money. His OWN MONEY! So eventhough he lost, look at how much he drained from the union coffers. So maybe he won eventhough he lost.
Puddybud @ 166
“No DJ”
Thanks for the clarification!
I’ll accept your answer, but I’ll also offer the same benefit of the doubt to My PuddyBUTT (ref: post 157).
Roger Rabbit is going to get trapped, castrated, and relocated to Redmond:
http://seattletimes.nwsource.c.....ts11m.html
LOL, BUTT One @ 157, I have not had any problems with those neocon problems you mention because I make it a habit to keep at least 24.8 feet distant from anyone like you.
Butt Man @ 165, Maybe we should totally boycot Aruba. And then the world should follow our ‘great’ example and totally boycot the USA. We have problems like this in every major city in the USA each and every month. BFD
Butt Man, good article for you to read on how you and your neocon nutcases have divided this great nation:
http://www.commondreams.org/views05/1110-31.htm
PuddyBUTT, against abortion but for ‘intelligent memory’ (remembering the short verses of the Bible that fit his purpose in context and ‘aborting’ the big message)
Richard @ 171
Why would he need to be castrated if he’s already “shooting blanks?” Unless, of course, it is to discourage him from trying to mount every rabbit, squirrel, armadillo and lawn gnome he sees…
Common Dreams? That’s like telling me to refer to the Daily Kos (Curse) for my Bible study. Boycott the USA? That means our illegal immigration problem ends too? Well, maybe I’ll think on that one. If it means less illegal donks coming in over our borders. I guess the people coming to visit DisneyLand/World, other theme parks, looking for work, visiting donkocratic citite will suiffer too? They surely don’t come to visit the interior and see the amber waves of grain. So sure lets have a boycott and see how it affects LA, SF, NYC, Miami; all donkocratic strongholds. Start the call for the boycott PuddyBUTT, and prove to all the real BUTT… I mean horsesASS you are!
DJ, whatever you say perfesser! I surely can’t disagree with the brains in HorsesASS!
lawn gnome; love it…
damn, cities will suffer! Got to get some coffee in me!
Puddybud:
Uh, dude, you were supposed to make that call on-air on Nov 7, BEFORE the elections. That was my obligation if David “the mother beater” Irons passed a Republican Detector Test. Which he wouldn’t take because he’s a dishonest, abusive, LIAR!!! And, no doubt about it, if David “the mother beater” Irons did pass a Republican Detector Test and I called the Carlson show, I would have been put right through to the top of the caller list to make my on-air apology on the day before the elections. And that’s the truth, because you know and I know Carlson would have been salivating over that call of contrition from a Liberal.
Two bad cell phone connections? C’mon! Did your dog eat your homework, too??? Were you abducted by aliens from outer space??? Did you get lost in some time/space continuum??? Geeez, you’re starting to sound like John Belushi in the scene form the Blues Brothers when they’re down in the sewer and they get confronted by Cari Fisher with an M-16.
KVI has a toll free number, you could’ve called from any landline phone. A man of his WORD would have done so in meeting his obligations. Your honor was on the line and instead of keeping your promise, and your integrity, you’re now making excuses. That’s the bottom line.
On top of that, you want me to validate the veracity of your efforts with one of THOSE champions of the Culture of Corruption at KVI. Haahahahahahahahahahahaha
Puuuuhhh–leasssse, don’t insult your own intelligence, let alone mine. That lying son of a bitch would’ve lied just like Bush, Cheney, Libby, Rove, DeLay, Frist, Limbaugh, Hannity, O’Reilly, and any one else that considers themselves to be a “conservative.”
You said you KNEW John personally and could arrange it. Did you not?
In the end, you over promised and under delivered. Is that how you service your clients? Of course not. But when it was your honor on the line you should have gone the extra mile just like you would’ve done for your clients.
Now you’ve revealed your true self, another pawn in the Culture of Corruption that is conservatism. It’s a shame, too, I thought maybe, just maybe, you were different from the rest of the dishonest conservatives. Turns out, you’re not. You’re all cut from the same evil lying cloth that drapes Satan.
Oh, well. I wonder what PacMan has to say about a fellow conservative not keeping his word? He’ll be an apologist, too, just like the rest of you who keep apologizing for Bush’s lies. Like firing anyone in his administration for being involved in leaking the identity of a covert CIA operative.
60% of Americans believe that Bush is not honest. ’nuff said.

They are trying to keep Roger Rabbit from mounting other male rabbits. Especially since he thinks he won a “man date” from the recent election.
GBS: What was Monday? Before the elections? I called. I DID get through. I had a lousy connection. Call Matt. He was expecting my call as he received the same email. Call him GBS, and when he corroborates my story what will you say next? I did everything as I SAID I WOULD! You need to “make the call”. Dream on GBS, as I did fulfill my obligations!!!
Yes I have seen the latest poll. The Independents have turned on him lately. But the reasons are more complicated than you identify in your latest entry. See the Fox News Opinion Dynamics Poll. It’s not biased toward democrats like the ABC-WaPo or CBS-NYT Polls.
now goldy……..read this post from one of your regulars and think carefully what it says about you…..think hard now.
****I never get filtered. Guess it’s because I’m not a rightard!

GBS..funny joke but i heard it told differently. “what happens when you give a democrat viagra?it has no effect…. they are still the spineless weinies they were before.”
and down here in california we are laughing our asses off about the teachers union ad nauseum bankrupting themselves over 75. there are many ways to skin a cat……and that was one of them. LOL.
god..you guys are just way too easy…………
christmasghost
I’m not a rightard, but I get filtered all the time! Anyways, nobody’s gonna believe ‘blog-conspiracy theories’ from someone like you.
PS Puddy trying to weasel out of welshing on his bet is almost as cute as Righton trying to change history!
Yay for Rightie reality editation!
Puddybud,
You either went on-air and made your statement against Daivd “the mother beater” Irons, or you didn’t.
Which is it?
If you didn’t go on-air, you welshed. Period.
In the immortal words of Yoda: Do or do not, there is no try.
oh windie……to quote katherine hepburn “bore bore bore”
someone “like me” huh? still classifying people as if you know anything about them? now that is true enlightenment……..
and rightard???? once agian with the slurs aimed at the retarded…..what’s next? oh that’s right…it will be gays.
isn’t it interesting to listen to ‘someone like you’….
ChristmasGhost: I was in LA land last week and even the LA Times did mention the teachers taxes oops… teachers dues will have to be raised to pay off their union imposed problems.
Regarding the slur I thought Thomas Jefferson said this: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal”. I guess in donk land they use handicapped people to make their worthless points. What’s next; the donks saying we act like that German guy who had 4 children with his handicapped sister? Naah, he was one of those free love fringie types who support the donkocratic party!
GBS: Whatever you say man. Next to DJ, you are the brains of the ASS here so why argue. You didn’t call Matt so The Prosecution Rests.
Puddybud,
You’re not the prosecution, you’re the defense. Remember? You didn’t go on-air to fulfill your obligations.
You can still make this right, Puddybud. All you have to do is call Carlson, arrange the time to make your on-air rebuke of David “the mother beater” Irons for not taking the Republican Detector Test, post the date and time on HA at least 48 hours in advance, we’ll tune in and listen, then your honor will be restored.
Now what’s wrong with that idea?
Afterall, if I tried to call in but got a “bad” cell connection, wouldn’t you want me to do the same?
Of course you would.
Now be a man, and live up to your obligations.
See? No arguement, just resolving the problems by finding common ground. Then, we can go back to arguing politics.
