I think transit agencies requiring masks is a good idea, and hope Metro does it too. Amtrak is now requiring masks, although patrons at a table in the diner, and sleeper compartment will be exempt.

@3. Couple of comments. Since conservatives are fine with Flynn pleading guilty twice and then getting a mulligan, they should be fine with this guy thinking he should get a do over also.
Second. the child had been born and conservatives only care about the unborn. Once it’s out of the womb, all care and concern are over. It’s not like he had an abortion, that would have been unforgivable in their eyes.

My sister and brother don’t always see eye to eye – we never really have – even before their discovery or knowing that I am gay (Boob). And the same relationship pretty much exists between me an my siblings as it does between themselves.

Growing up in an Italian household there was a lot of love, but more in the sense of care and well being. The love, from your parents, wasn’t solely directed towards you as a specific individual but more as a person like any other people – you didn’t really get any special love or attention. You weren’t spoiled or singled out as being any more special than the other.

There is a little bit of coldness there but my parent’s main goal or purpose in life was and still is, even in their late 80’s, the well being of their children in the sense of food, clothing and shelter, although a bit less now than before.

Aside from our own personalities, I think this had something to do with how me and my siblings interact with each other to this day – with a bit of sibling rivalry being more than just beneath the surface.

My sister has been kind enough to take me in during this Pandemic, I say this because there will be others. For the last two months I’ve been staying withe her, but as soon as next week I plan on returning to NYC.

Anyways – politics and partisanship can be filled with irony and hypocrisy. Repukes are the biggest Hypocrites, most bigotry is a form of hypocrisy, the go hand in hand.

I’m not calling my sister a bigot, but she use to take the attitude that people shouldn’t talk about politics, even though she could be conservatively slanted at times – she always complains how the world has become PC.

She has taken social distancing very seriously, as it should. She fights with my brother because he doesn’t think he needs to wear a mask. And she gets upset when people don’t do the right thing.

But it makes me think about the day that she witnessed me an my brother have a discussion/fight over The Hump, which started out via discussion of Climate Change.

I think it is very ironic that her perspective back then was that I was wrong to have that “controversial” discussion with my brother and should have kept to the motto “never talk about politics”, which I don’t necessarily believe in.

I haven’t had the opportunity yet, but came close to, to tell her that although the circumstances are very different, in principal ones views on the Pandemic and Social Distancing and Lockdowns are very much like the discussion of Climate Change.

Yes, although the circumstances are very different, Climate Change still has a profound effect on us but more so in the future. This proves that people like my sister only can see as far into the future as they can hear a neighbor’s barking dog.

Even for some who don’t get sick and die from Covid-19, the pandemic is far worse than just inconvenient — closed businesses, lost jobs, financial desperation, etc.

So, naturally, if you’re a Trump-breathing dumbfuck, the thing to do is get madder than hell at doctors.

    https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/dr-amy-acton-s-handling-coronavirus-crisis-made-her-ohio-n1202441

Disease – doctor. Doctor – disease. They go together. Therefore, one causes the other: Disease causes doctors; doctors cause disease. Get it??

The remaining oil will stay in the ground with no stupid humans around to burn it. Just look what’s happened so far with only a 3% fatality rate! And Republican stupidity is just getting started! The planet is almost home free.

As I’ve said all along, there’s nothing wrong with this planet that the extinction of one species won’t fix. To which I might add the planet can defend itself and nature will take care of the problem. If not this time, it has millions more viruses in reserve.

One thing I know for sure. You’ll be IGNORING a large snapback in Covid cases due to inadequate to the task testing, contact tracing and quarantine.

You’ll be IGNORING the hospitals blowing up with a new wave of deathly ill patients needing to be intubated.

You know that for sure, do you, YLB? With your background in medicine and epidemiology to support your contention?

    ’cause I don’t.

I’ll admit that an unfortunate rise in infections is a possibility, particularly if we try to come back too soon and too fast. But it’s far from a certainty, YLB.

    Consider:

    • Not everyone has to re-enter normal life. People at increased risk can stay sheltered. For many of them it becomes an option. YLB, if you’re so fucking certain that we’re gonna enter a second pandemic, stay home and keep your kids home. You’ve made a lifetime of hiding behind others, so hide behind the Chicken Littles whose real purpose is to defeat Trump, who are using hysterical pronouncements to do it. None of us would be surprised by your silly behavior.
    • Predictions of disaster in FL didn’t come true. OK, not yet, but you can always hope for death there, can’t you? But deSantis isn’t looking too bad right now, except on CNN.
    • South Dakota didn’t shut down, and the numbers there are significantly better than in neighboring MN. Why is that, YLB?
    • The virus spread through prisons, infecting many or even most, and yet almost all infected remained asymptomatic. YLB, why is that?
    • The economy can re-open, with masks. A model was just published in which universal masking is more effective than lockdowns. Look at photos of people in Asian cities when they’re dealing with an outbreak of the flu. Lots and lots of masks, and lots and lots of economic activity.
    • Different areas can open at different rates, based on the data. Right now south Whidbey (liberal) should be open for business while north Whidbey (conservative) should stay hunkered down at least a little longer. Inslee has given 10 counties in WA the ability to accelerate their transition to a more open economy, for this reason. Island County isn’t one of them but regions can make specific appeals. I think south Whidbey’s would be successful.
    • Your claimed “wave” of new patients would most likely be a small swell. A couple of months ago we were hearing 2 million dead. Now we’re looking at something around 150,000. A couple of months ago we were hearing about not nearly enough ventilator shortages. Turned out that wasn’t the case. Most of the field hospitals that were set up to handle the current wave have been dismantled without treating anyone, YLB.

YLB, you are uninformed and unserious. But you make a great DNC parrot. A useful idiot, indeed.

Speaking @ 59 of Cuomo’s failure to protect the most fragile of his citizens, the AP has a nice piece about precisely that:

NY’s Andrew Cuomo criticized over highest nursing home death toll

Cuomo faced criticism at a recent briefing for saying that providing masks and gowns to nursing homes is “not our job” because the homes are privately owned.

“It was such an insensitive thing to say,” said state Assemblyman Ron Kim, a Queens Democrat who noted that it wasn’t until just this past week that New York and neighboring states announced a plan to combine forces to buy protective gear and medical supplies for nursing homes.

“If we had focused on that early on,” he said, “we could have saved a lot of lives.”

It was Jan. 22, a day after the first case of COVID-19 was detected in the United States, and orders were pouring into Michael Bowen’s company outside Fort Worth, some from as far away as Hong Kong.

Bowen’s medical supply company, Prestige Ameritech, could ramp up production to make an additional 1.7 million N95 masks a week. He viewed the shrinking domestic production of medical masks as a national security issue, though, and he wanted to give the federal government first dibs.

    …

(text of email to HHS)‘‘We are the last major domestic mask company,’’ he wrote on Jan. 23. ‘‘My phones are ringing now, so I don’t ‘need’ government business. I’m just letting you know that I can help you preserve our infrastructure if things ever get really bad. I’m a patriot first, businessman second.’’

In the end, the government did not take Bowen up on his offer. Even today, production lines that could be making more than 7 million masks a month sit dormant.

Wherein one can only presume that it was Gov DeSantis’ fervent hopes and prayers that protected nursing home residents and workers, and Cuomo’s lack thereof that left them vulnerable?

(Rome) AP — It was in a deeply reverent celebration today that Pope Francis departed from a millennia of tradition by directly canonizing the sainthood of a living person in Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida in the United States.

A spokesman for the Vatican said “The Holy See found no other appropriate course of action in response to one so blessed living among us. Of course, the miracle of his election was unprecedented. Roger Dumbfuck Rabbit, you piece of shit @ 101

There WAS a mortality benefit. It just was not quite statistically significant. It was a preliminary study. I suspect that larger numbers of enrolled patients with the same results would reach statistical significance.

Instead of reading Barron’s, Roger Dumbfuck Rabbit, read the report of the study at the NIH site. Here, you asshole, let me help you out.

Preliminary results indicate that patients who received remdesivir had a 31% faster time to recovery than those who received placebo (p<0.001). Specifically, the median time to recovery was 11 days for patients treated with remdesivir compared with 15 days for those who received placebo. Results also suggested a survival benefit, with a mortality rate of 8.0% for the group receiving remdesivir versus 11.6% for the placebo group (p=0.059).

Turned out GILLIG only moved to Livermore, just needed more room, and didn’t leave Alameda County. Love this manufacturer for keeping their older low floor style in production, in addition to the streamlined model, giving customers a choice, same with propulsion options.

I believe they suspended production, but they may have resumed, at least to provide spare parts, Plus, the normal life of a transit bus is 12 years, although Gillig buses are very reliable. Metro has 4 30ft Gillig Phantoms that were built in 1999 still on roster, parked due to service reductions, but planned to be retired by the end of the year. Can’t social distance on a 30ft bus.

The shopping cart theory. – Anonymous

The shopping cart is the ultimate litmus test for whether a person is capable of self-governing.

To return the shopping cart is an easy, convenient task and one which we all recognize as the correct, appropriate thing to do. To return the shopping cart is objectively right. There are no situations other than dire emergencies in which a person is not able to return their cart. Simultaneously, it is not illegal to abandon your shopping cart. Therefore the shopping cart presents itself as the apex example of whether a person will do what is right without being forced to do it. No one will punish you for not returning the shopping cart, no one will fine you or kill you for not returning the shopping cart, you gain nothing by returning the shopping cart. You must return the shopping cart out of the goodness of your own heart. You must return the shopping cart because it is the right thing to do. Because it is correct.

A person who is unable to do this is no better than an animal, an absolute savage who can only be made to do what is right by threatening them with a law and the force that stands behind it.

The Shopping Cart is what determines whether a person is a good or bad member of society.
    —–
I would wager that all of the progressives here would pass the Shopping Cart test. I imagine that, for all his venom and squid ink, Puddy would also. The racist incel and A1? Hell no. 137,
    Regard with caution.

739 registered voters from across the US.

So does not account for turnout diff.
And does not account for electoral college.

But as a gauge of the effects of Parscale’s overall messaging strategy, it has some value. Bearing in mind that Trump2020 is certainly focusing outreach and communication on battleground states. And that they are micro-targeting aggrieved, liver-spotted, peri-diabetic mobility scooters. So there may be significantly different effects on those potential voters in those states.

It’s clearly a “negative partisanship” approach. And at least on a nationwide basis, it is not yet producing the negative sentiments that Trump will need to overcome his substantial deficit in that regard. Among Democratic and leans Democratic voters Trump is viscerally despised. Parscale has yet to produce a corresponding response in Rapepublican and leans Rapepublican voters. But time will tell. So far, Biden is out-playing and out-maneuvering the traitors.

    What actually happened:

“On November 27, 1998, in the worst bus accident of Metro’s 25-year history, the driver of a southbound Route 359 express bus is shot twice as the bus begins crossing the Aurora Bridge, which crosses the Lake Washington Ship Canal in Seattle. After shooting the driver, the shooter, Silas Garfield Cool, 43, originally of New Jersey, turns his .380 automatic handgun on himself. The bus drops 50 feet into the Fremont neighborhood, killing one passenger and injuring 32 others. The driver, Mark McLauglin, 44, passenger, Herman Liebelt, 69, and the shooter die.”

“Typically, an incumbent president’s share of the vote closely resembles his job approval rating. … But Trump faces two big obstacles …. First, his share of the vote in polling matchups against Biden has run significantly behind his approval rating. That shows even some otherwise Trump-friendly voters weary of [his] divisiveness and erratic behavior. In the national Fox poll last month, for example, 49% approved Trump’s job performance but just 41% planned to vote for him against Biden. Fox polls in the battlegrounds of Florida, Michigan and Pennsylvania pegged the gap at eight, six and five percentage points, respectively. Biden led in all three states.”

The now essentially moribund Marcos Moulitsas analysis of the Democratic Party is The Q Clearance Pussy’s favorite.

I’m no fan of Third Way, and I certainly don’t think Biden will be as successful a president if he is preoccupied with “reaching out” to soulless freaks like Lindsay Graham or Marco Rubio. I’d rather we had a different nominee. One better prepared to confront the obstructionism. But 2020 is not 2016. Biden surged past *all* of his rivals for the nomination. And there is no other credible candidate. Moreover, and most importantly, there is no lingering source of resentment or bitterness to fuel an uprising against him.

So Rapepublicans see it as their role to manufacture such a source. However, the problem as I see it is they chose the wrong horse in just about every way. Reade and her story are neither calling Biden’s nomination into debate, nor are they connecting with key demographics of November swing voters. All her story can possibly do is reinforce pre-existing negative sentiments toward Biden among Rapepublican and leans Rapepublican voters. Matched against this sociopath her story will not suppress turnout among suburban, white, female voters.

Nearly 3 in 4 Americans Blame the Chinese Government for America’s High Death Rate
China is the most blamed entity among Republicans, and the fourth most among Democrats

Furthermore, a message test shows that Americans are more likely to say China gave the United States insufficient warning about the outbreak than they are to say the United States squandered time after China first alerted the global community. Asked which statement is most correct, 26 percent selected “The Chinese government gave the U.S. plenty of warning about the pandemic, but the U.S. did not use that time to better prepare for the pandemic,” while more than twice as many (56 percent) selected “The Chinese government did not give the U.S. enough warning about the pandemic, so the U.S. could not better prepare for the pandemic.”

Plenty of blame to go around. Look at all of the Democrats blaming state governments (63%) and local governments (57%), WHO (51%), and even immigrants (51%).

To me, this suggests two distortions:

    1. The number of infected cases and the number of deaths might be artificially inflated.
    2. The mortality rate might be artificially deflated.

Neither of these is good, because both distortions might affect policy.

Mooted by defendant’s confession of guilt sworn to the court.

The question Sullivan may ask is not whether prosecutorial misconduct. But by whom.

For the last two years this DOJ aggressively pursued this prosecution before this court and in so doing offered pleadings and responses that now stand in direct conflict with this motion to dismiss.

Again, The Q Clearance Pussy is right (twice in the same day, violating his usual Rule of Clocks). Sullivan is no “friend” to DOJ, despite two solid consistent years of declarations to the contrary by The Q Clearance Pussy stenographic copy-pasta from the alt-Right Nazi media. But it’s more accurate to say that Sullivan is historically skeptical of the DOJ.

Somehow I’m not assured that this sudden about face ordered by the AG after dismissing the entire team is going to restore Sullivan’s confidence in DOJ. I think he’ll have tough questions. Barr’s responses will be nothing if not lawyerly. Interesting that both the CBS printed article and the video of the Pence interview refer to a Christmas Day (2016) text exchange between Flynn and the Russian ambassador.

Whatever Flynn is supposed to have lied about didn’t involve the exchanges on that day (12/25).

It was four days later, 12/29/16, that the sanctions were announced, and it was on 12/29 that Flynn had five separate phone conversations with the Russian ambassador.

So there must have been some other conversation between Flynn and Pence in which a “lie” was told. The exchange between Flynn and the ambassador very likely did not occur on Christmas Day.

Just some housekeeping because the dates don’t match.

I do have to wonder whether Pence, today, would still insist that Flynn had lied to him. Pence no doubt was relying on info given to him by the FBI, and it’s now increasingly clear that the FBI ginned up almost everything involving Flynn.

No. I get it. Now we’re supposed to believe that, in addition to Rod Rosenstein, Mueller, Whitaker, Barr 1.0, Liu, that Covington is part of the DERP STATE conspiracy. Mmmkay.

Sullivan will accept the motion. He has no choice if the prosecution declines to proceed. But he does not have to dismiss with prejudice. And he does not have to take the prosecution’s motion at face value. He is entitled to inquire before ruling. And given the circumstances he is somewhat obligated to do so.

That would normally implicate a defendant’s right to a presumption of innocence. But there’s that damn plea. It bears some examination to what if any extent Flynn participated in misleading the court. So defendant’s presumption of innocence is fundamentally weakened absent an establishment of some coercion. Powell has talked about that in the media lots. And she’s filed lots of motions arguing coercion. But the court hasn’t been persuaded thus far. So defendant’s “innocence” may have abide while that question is answered as well.

    194,
Starts with Flynn. You still don’t get how this works.

In a criminal proceeding in federal court a defendant who wishes to plead guilty to a charge has to make a direct personal statement to the court (that means the fucking judge, imbecile). Flynn himself stood in front of Judge Sullivan and entered his guilty plea. That guilty plea included a series of questions from the court and responses by the def. Flynn himself asserted to the court under oath that he was entering the plea freely and without any coercion.

So the process begins with the defendant. And one way or another, no matter how you slice it, at some point Flynn lied. Really, it looks like even under the best possible light, Flynn lied a lot. There is one case where it did happen, a D-DoT driver in Detroit , who claimed to be coughed on by a passenger, and was dead within 2 weeks. Although Metro should be providing masks for the drivers, the ATU has stepped up on that.

The photo montage in the video, came from photos taken by a lifelong transit fan, and later a IT specialist at Pierce Transit, who was killed in the Nisqually derailment. When he had a website, was a regular visitor.

Stinks of borscht, huh? So does the fascist traitor Doctor Dumbfuck.

Bill Barr Twisted My Words in Dropping the Flynn Case. Here’s the Truth.
The F.B.I.’s interview of Mr. Flynn was constitutional, lawful and for a legitimate counterintelligence purpose.

    By Mary B. McCord
Ms. McCord was an acting assistant attorney general for national security at the Justice Department from 2016 to 2017.

That report, commonly referred to as a “302,” is an interesting read. It vividly describes disagreements between leadership of the Justice Department and the F.B.I. about how to handle the information we had learned about Mr. Flynn’s calls with the Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak and, more specifically, Mr. Flynn’s apparent lies about those calls to incoming Vice President Mike Pence.

But the report of my interview is no support for Mr. Barr’s dismissal of the Flynn case. It does not suggest that the F.B.I. had no counterintelligence reason for investigating Mr. Flynn. It does not suggest that the F.B.I.’s interview of Mr. Flynn — which led to the false-statements charge — was unlawful or unjustified. It does not support that Mr. Flynn’s false statements were not material. And it does not support the Justice Department’s assertion that the continued prosecution of the case against Mr. Flynn, who pleaded guilty to knowingly making material false statements to the FBI, “would not serve the interests of justice.”

Notably, Mr. Barr’s motion to dismiss does not argue that the F.B.I. violated the Constitution or statutory law when agents interviewed Mr. Flynn about his calls with Mr. Kislyak. It doesn’t claim that they violated his Fifth Amendment rights by coercively questioning him when he wasn’t free to leave. Nor does the motion claim that the interview was the fruit of a search or seizure that violated the Fourth Amendment. Any of these might have justified moving to dismiss the case. But by the government’s own account, the interview with Mr. Flynn was voluntary, arranged in advance and took place in Mr. Flynn’s own office.

Why was that so important? Because the Russians would have known what Mr. Flynn and Mr. Kislyak discussed. They would have known that, despite Mr. Pence’s and others’ denials, Mr. Flynn had in fact asked Russia not to escalate its response to the sanctions. Mr. Pence’s denial of this on national television, and his attribution of the denial to Mr. Flynn, put Mr. Flynn in a potentially compromised situation that the Russians could use against him.

The potential for blackmail of Mr. Flynn by the Russians is what the former Justice Department leadership, including me, thought needed to be conveyed to the incoming White House. After all, Mr. Flynn was set to become the national security adviser, and it was untenable that Russia — which the intelligence community had just assessed had sought to interfere in the U.S. presidential election — might have leverage over him.

    204,
It’s a tiny bit more than the routine “my lawyer fucked me” defense.

It’s the “my lawyer conspired with opposing counsel at the direction of unnamed ‘globalist” enemies and senior members of the current administration to coerce me to confess to crimes I only ‘sort of’ committed and in so doing commit a vast fraud against this court” defense. Can’t fault Powell for vigorously defending her client. Can’t fault Flynn… so long as these allegations have some foundation beyond FBI field notes and Lisa Page’s mash notes.

The court is obligated to consider it. And with the prosecution refusing to proceed they are obligated to grant the motion in part. Sullivan is bound to be pragmatic but he doesn’t have to abandon the court’s credibility entirely. He can leave it open for the next administration to re-file and let it be on them. Either way, I’d sure hate to be the next DOJ prosecutor to face him. Or the one after that. Or the one after that.

Is there a facility currently available to continue to manufacture Tesla automobiles in Nevada or Texas? Had he said he was moving to Michigan or Tennessee maybe he’s got his eye on something rather than threatening the very expensive prospect of building a new automobile factory from the ground up.

Does Tesla have a backlog of partially or fully paid orders for Automobiles?

Can Tesla halt production in CA and still fill that backlog?

What will be the material cost of building new Tesla Automobile factories in Texas or Nevada?

Is a gigabattery factory in Nevada designed to make Automobiles? Can it be converted quickly? If it can, where does Tesla now make the batteries to power the vehicles?

Having a finalist for where a company is maybe going to put a truck factory is relevant to where they can currently manufacture passenger cars for which they have a backlog of orders because reasons. There’s a reason why the F-150 and the Mustang, though both made in Dearborn (F-150 in multiple factories) come from entirely different factories.

And finally, market analysts agree that if Tesla falls behind further on deliveries of ordered product that could drive sales to upstart manufacturers and legacy car brands now bringing electric models to market.

The Fremont factory will be up and running within weeks.

$15/hr is not the problem for most restaurants that will close in the next 3-5 years.

Our lease was due to renew on June 1. The proposal received by our landlord would have raised our rent more than 300% from $8372 per month to $28,000 per month, under the current lease, with no option to renew after one year. The landlord also offered an alternative lease, with new, restrictive and onerous conditions, that would extend the term to four years at $21,000 per month.

This info is not in dispute by the landlord. It’s what happens when a sleepy farm town morphs into a retirement community for first wave tech money. Saw it coming about the time the 3/4M dollar cheese shop renovation went in.

Seems Obrador has demanded the US clarify or apologize for the Obummer era gun-running program under Eric Wingman Holder.

    Did you know that:
Fast and Furious guns were used by assesHorse friends ISIS in Paris. – WikiPedia – The November 2015 Paris attacks were a series of co-ordinated terrorist attacks that took place on 13 November 2015 in Paris, France and the city’s northern suburb, Saint-Denis.[13] Beginning at 21:16 CET, three suicide bombers struck outside the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, during a football match. This was followed by several mass shootings and a suicide bombing, at cafés and restaurants. Gunmen carried out another mass shooting and took hostages at an Eagles of Death Metal concert in the Bataclan theatre, leading to a stand-off with police. The attackers were shot or blew themselves up when police raided the theatre.[14]

Fast and Furious guns were discovered at Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán’s hideout in Mexico. – CBS News – One of the guns that Mexican officials say was found at the hideout of drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman has been found to be associated with Fast and Furious, a failed “gun-walking” operation, according to the U.S. Justice Department.

Fast and Furious guns were used in the Garland Texas terrorist attack. – LA Times – What Soofi could not have known was that Lone Wolf was at the center of a federal sting operation known as Fast and Furious, targeting Mexican drug lords and traffickers. The idea of the secret program was to allow Lone Wolf to sell illegal weapons to criminals and straw purchasers, and track the guns back to large smuggling networks and drug cartels.

Fast and Furious guns were linked to over 200 murders. – Townhall – In a conference call this morning with Chairman of the House Oversight Committee Darrell Issa, reporters were told the Attorney General in Mexico has confirmed at least 200 murders south of the border happened as a result of Operation Fast and Furious.

Most of those 10,000 will move. There are over 200,000 voters in the district. Starting today they all get their ballots in the mail. The district is over 65% Latino. It’s voted overwhelmingly Democratic for as far back as it matters. If 10,000 Democrats move to Texas they’ll be replaced by another 10,000 Democrats, six out of ten of whom will have a name that ends in “Z”… just like her.

Was Piddles always this stupid? When did the change happen? How does Trump support produce this rapid decline in mathematical reasoning? Does this mean that as they lay dying from the TrumPlague virus they won’t be able to count their own final breaths?

@240 “If 10,000 Democrats move to Texas,” Democrats are that much closer to flipping Texas.

California was a red state within living memory. Now, it’s lost to the GOP for good. Same could happen to Texas.

That rightwing nutjob who walked into a North Carolina Subway shop with a (fake) Browning .50-cal. slung over his shoulder to announce his devotion to those (tiny) parts of the Constitution he still honors? I’d like to see him try that in Hawaii.

    Don’t fuck with Hawaii.

“A former Justice Department official says Attorney General William Barr ‘twisted’ her words to justify the decision to drop the criminal case against former national security adviser Michael Flynn.

“Mary B. McCord, former acting assistant attorney general for national security, wrote in a New York Times op-ed Sunday that Barr cherry-picked from her 2017 testimony to special counsel Robert Mueller, which the DOJ cited more than 25 times in the motion to dismiss Flynn’s case. She said her testimony is ‘no support for Mr. Barr’s dismissal of the Flynn case.’

“‘It does not suggest that the F.B.I. had no counterintelligence reason for investigating Mr. Flynn,’ she wrote. ‘It does not suggest that the F.B.I.’s interview of Mr. Flynn — which led to the false-statements charge — was unlawful or unjustified. It does not support that Mr. Flynn’s false statements were not material.'”

Once again dot bombed misses the point too. So another 10,000 DUMMOCRETINS take their place. Do you really think they are going to move into a depressed area when Tesla moves? Do you think they will find jobs that make $94,000 on average? And those whom move into that “place” with a “Z” ending their last name will remember the reason the area is depressed. They will vote for another person with a “Z”.

    Stooooooooooooooooopid as evah!

Wherein the babbling buttthooole declares Sand Diego county to be a “depressed area”.

    It’s a lot like Seattle.
If a state Senator from Olympia insulted Jeff Bezos and Amazon moved 10,000 jobs you guys would celebrate with a parade. And who could blame you, since seven out of ten of those assholes live in Sammamish.
And like the rest of us, for the next eighteen months you’ll all be too busy dealing with the Trump Depression to worry about it.
