All of the Senate Republicans running for re-election this November, including Ted Cruz in Texas and Rick Scott in Florida, voted to block legislation to protect families seeking access to medical fertility treatments.
Of course they would ban abortion nationwide if they could. That would be a moderate step in comparison to this.
And of course they would ban birth control nationwide if they could. That would be a logical next step consistent with the ideology that this vote clearly communicates.
Trump ignored years of warnings from the Secret Service about severe lack of security at his golf courses, including his course in West Palm. For years they pleaded with him to allow them to implement security changes and he has refused.
He’s a fool. And he continues to refuse. So for his own sake it’s absolutely imperative that Senate and House Republicans join with their Democratic Party colleagues in passing the Please Help America Save Donald Trump Act of 2024 that would place limited restrictions on the kinds of military assault rifles that all of Trump’s would-be assassins prefer and that would also prevent other emotionally disturbed Republican-voting weirdos from gaining access to those weapons.
Trump, who lobied hard for, and signed into law in his first year in office, the Republican Billionaire tax cuts that placed severe limitations on deductions for state and local taxes just said in a speech that he would restore them.
