@4. There were 6 candidates for the three positions on the school board here, a suburb school district outside of St Louis. Demographics is white flight people and South Asians. The three National Education Association endorsed candidates won. It was close but each got approx 17% of the vote vs the anti education candidates getting 16%. While the book burners won in the rural counties of the state, that don’t value education anyway; the suburb parents did not see any value in the book burning results of the conservatives. Their kids would not be smarter and more able to compete for jobs because of the policies of the conservatives.
I guess maybe I could throw some money behind a ‘Free Trade’ low Billionaire taxes third party candidate and try to get the ‘Moderates’ from both parties to unite behind making me richer…
