That last bit about residency ought to be a useful counter proposal. And smarter, more sophisticated Democrats than Chuck Schumer are ready with it. The most common form of individual voter fraud has nothing whatsoever to do with citizenship. It has to do with place of legal residency. And as we have seen in recent years this is a form of individual voter fraud disproportionately committed by older white people who tend to vote Republican.
Lets pass a federal law requiring that voters prove their place of legal, permanent residency, documented with financial records and billing statements. Two SPD officers have been found to have been presubmitting their overtime paperwork and leaving as little as 30 minutes and as much as three hours before their paid time ends.
In total about 80 hours of overtime pay for no work.
