Depending on where you are in Washington, you may have a ballot in the mail. Here in King County, we have the important issue of something something fingerprints. The Fuse voter guide is pro, so I will probably just go with that. But I don’t know, just it feels weird having the vote rather than it just being part of the police budget.

Anyway, if you’re confused about what’s on your ballot, Fuse do a pretty good job. So check out their voting guide.

Anyway, anyway today is a good day to contact your legislator or member of Congress.

He was initially booked for “loitering” which is an unenforceable law, and he was wearing a Chicago Bulls baseball cap along with his trades apprenticeship work clothes and required safety gear.

    These lies can’t alter the legal process since their falsehood was already confronted, tested, and disposed of six years ago the last time Fat Hitler was president. At the end of that process when the immigration officials were unable to validate or support any of their fake claims with any witnesses, testimony, or evidence, Fat Hitler’s own immigration judge issued an order withholding deportation because they were lying then. They are still lying now.

    Only the purpose has shifted. Now the purpose of the lies is to cover for their own criminality and to help persuade mouth breathing incel dipshits like the Nazi Fucktard that “there something to it” and that “don’t trust faggy laws and courts”.

    Ulloa also rejected Van Hollen’s request that Abrego Garcia be released from prison, telling him the Trump administration was paying the government of El Salvador to keep him there.

    Because Garcia hasn’t been prosecuted by the Salvadoran government nor sentenced to prison by a Salvadoran court, and is being held solely at the behest of the U.S. government, El Salvadore appears to be surrendering sovereignty over its own citizens on its own soil. But if not, then you’d think Garcia could seek his release through a habeas corpus proceeding in Salvadoran courts. After all, he hasn’t been convicted of anything in either U.S. or Salvadoran courts.

    Let’s say Garcia files a habeas corpus petition with a Salvadoran court, and it’s denied on the ground he’s a U.S. prisoner, therefore Salvadoran courts have no jurisdiction over his detention.
