Columbia University protestor Mohsen Mahdawi appeared in Federal Court this morning in Vermont where the judge ordered his immediate release and issued order that he is not to be removed from the country.
Mahdawi is the activist who was grabbed at the personal intervention of Marco Rubio when voluntarily attending what was supposed to be his final green card interview. He has been in the US as a West Bank refugee since 2014. Widdle Marco insists it’s a foreign policy hinderance for anyone to say out loud, “Genocide is bad.” or “Bombing Hospitals is bad” or “Razing an entire city under the guise of ‘fighting Hamas’ is bad.”
Because the Government was legally compelled to have him at the hearing in person they could not play any games with his release and he walked out of the courthouse where he told reporters who asked his message to Donnie, “I’m not afraid of you.”

I wanted to try and figure out how Gorsuch—who, again, claimed to have read Pride Puppy in its entirety—could have possibly reached the erroneous conclusion that it introduces children to the worlds of BDSM and sex work. So, I searched the record in Mahmoud v. Taylor for any references to leather, bondage, drag, or sex workers…
On the other hand, the briefs filed by the parents and their amici are absolutely riddled with references to “leather,” along with “lip ring” and “underwear,” as examples of the supposedly salacious bonus items to which unsuspecting Pride Puppy readers may be exposed. I am sure you will be unsurprised to learn that none of these briefs acknowledge that the “leather” is, again, an expensive piece of outwear, or that the “underwear” is worn Superman-style by a person with tights underneath…
i.e. The plaintiffs (and fucking Gorsuch) are fucking liars with their “minds” in the sewer. Prolly people with “varied sex lives” or patrons of local vip rooms. Reminds me of a moldering dumbfuck in widbee.

But in exchange for it they get free super high quality health care, free very high quality education, higher quality housing, more reliable utilities, abundant low cost fast, convenient transportation, and police that don’t kill their pets and children.
