Now, if only the flag were flying …
Yeah, this one may require a clue. Tough one…
I think I’ve looked at 5000 photos of obelisks this afternoon, but I can’t find one that matches.
A university building somewhere
The two vehicles to the right of the building look like official government ones, while the rest look parked by ranking; my guess is that it is a governmental structure, perhaps in Canada or England?
If I knew architecture, I’d be googling the name of the shape of the roofs on the turrets. But I suspect government or academia because of the big flat-roofed building on the lower right. And what’s with the construction? Not that it’s a givaway, but what are they doing?
My first reaction just looking at it is Christchurch, NZ, but I’ll try to narrow that down.
I was thinking UK university – I looked all over Oxford and Cambridge. I also googled obelisk, and went down a list I found there – no dice.
In looking around Oxford and Cambridge I did see lots of grass tennis courts like the one in the upper right with the semicircle superimposed.
That’s my house! Not.
Is there construction going on?
To the middle right looks like a dumpster or staging area, and between it and the parking seems to be a wall (temporary?) that looks like it wraps around the far side of the building – running between it and the obelisk and lawn beyond – yes?
Not that that helps or anything.

You’re on the right track.
I’ll give a clue. This picture is in the UK. (The semicircle is for field hockey)
A great resource for architectural searches: http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/
Not that I’ve found the place using the site, but it’s fun looking.
btw, searching on “bartizans” shows a heckofa lot more buildings in Scotland than in the rest of the UK
Stewart’s Melville College, Edinburgh
And, more than you ever wanted to know about it at British Listed Buildings

Nailed it, nice work.
