    To “fix” the presidency you must first fix the federal courts and the Department of Justice, in that order. There is a perfectly logical sequence that only requires a reasonable focus.

    1. Turnout.
    2. Vote for Democrats.
    3. Vote in particular, whenever possible, only for Democrats who support major reforms of the federal judiciary and the Department of Justice.

    What kind of reforms? Dilution of the current extremist majority on the court by any legal means. What are those means? Court expansion. Expanding the court to equal the number of federal courts of appeals – 13. This would be in keeping with and in proportion to the history of the court. The Supreme Court only hears a small fraction of the cases brought to it. And it is not only getting ridiculously slow in its work, it has recently begun declining to perform the actual work that the Constitution calls upon it to perform. The so-called “shadow docket” simply describes a court unable to perform the hard work of considering and arguing to reach a legally sound conclusive basis for its decisions. It can’t keep up with this president and his corrupt needs without taking short cuts.

    Likewise the COAs can also be expanded. This is also long overdue.

    Also Congress has the Constitutional authority to develop and impose a code of conduct upon all federal judges, included Supreme Court Justices.

    We need to win elections with the right Democrats willing to move forward with this kind of reform immediately.

    And why was such important information shared only in face-to-face meetings rather than via emails or documents?

    The documents uncovered by Johnson’s investigation staff point to the same alarming secrecy and efforts to avoid accountability that landed Fauci’s adviser, Morens, in trouble.

    The secrecy included instructions from FDA officials to discuss findings in person rather than over email and stopping or limiting the distribution of the weekly vaccine safety reports with the alleged intent of avoiding FOIA requests.
