Good morning. I was walking down the waterfront and really admire those of you still on your bicycle in this. And kind of surprised how many people there were. Not that walking in the yuck is great. Anyway!
- I think the swap of streetcars between Tacoma and Portland will be good for both cities. Hopefully not a white elephant.
