    Holiday road-trippers are feeling some relief at the pump this year.

  8. I received notice of a settlement agreement pending judicial approval. Apparently Wells Fargo was talking the talk but not walking the walk with DEI:

Plaintiffs alleged that the fact Wells Fargo was conducting widespread fake or sham interviews of diverse candidates under the policy was disclosed by The New York Times on June 9, 2022, and caused shareholder losses. Defendants deny all of the allegations of wrongdoing asserted in the Action and deny any liability whatsoever to any member of the Class.
