Eager to share our brilliant political commentary and blunt media criticism, but too genteel to link to horsesass.org? Well, good news, ladies: we also answer to HASeattle.com, because, you know, whatever. You're welcome!I no longer use Twitter or Facebook because Nazis. “a random location somewhere on earth”
More specifically, a random location on a freeway with a single-digit “U.S.” interstate highway symbol over it. I can’t make out the number, but it looks like a “5” or “6”. The backyard decor looks like what you’re see along I-5 in the vicinity of Des Moines. The foliage has to be a major clue, though, it doesn’t really look like around here.
Arleta CA. In Google Maps.
One of the reasons why I like the Google version is because the resolution is good enough to almost read the freeway signs. Opens up a whole new set of possible views with various clues based on knowing highways and directions…
@2
Good win! Just as I was getting online to check. I assume this was posted at 1 as it normally does after the clocks move ahead…
Found it just a few minutes too late.
The sign on the left is for I-5 to Sacramento.
@5: I started at Sacramento and ran south along I-5. This is almost the first wide place in the road after metro Sacramento itself.
@4: Saved by the time change: I never have time after church til at least 1, and usually well after 2, so the late posting was a help to me.
