   That white car looks like it’s driving on the left, which would make it in England somewhere. (And that’s a more likely location for a film/TV spot..)

   For me, the first place to search was Paris, with the many tree-lined streets at odd angles, and buildings of uniform height. Then, a search for the street name and “movie location” hit it.
