  1. The cemetery in the right foreground is a clue. Where do they have above-ground tombs like that? Also note the houses resting on piers. This is some low-lying place where the water table is almost at ground level. New Orleans is one such place.

Comments containing libel, copyright violations, spam, blatant sock puppetry, and deliberate off-topic trolling are all strictly prohibited, and may be deleted on an entirely arbitrary, sporadic, and selective basis.
