    I think his intentions were clear enough that a jury should be able to find him guilty of big-boy felonies. But maybe not the felonies the corrupt DOJ are circulating.

    It’s not the elimination of the nuclear threat from Iran that bothers YLB so much.

    The press conference claim you are referring to is not included in the information accompanying the indictment.

    This can only mean one of two things:
    either this information, which including the timeline would be exculpatory as to intent, was never presented to the grand jury and would therefore constitute criminal obstruction of justice;
    or this information was presented to the grand jury in which case the Director of the FBI has committed a felony by disclosing grand jury information to the public.
