    Health nuts and companies selling competing products start screaming, “DIET COKE CAUSES CANCER.” Show of hands, who is drinking even 20 Diet sodas a day. Like two per waking hour? And do you have the biomass of a rat? You can find literally a thousand new videos a day on the YouTube and the TikTok of people selling weight loss and nutrition and Health stating as canonical fact that Diet Soda is going to kill you with cancer.

    Great game in WIAA 3A Football last night, O’Dea beat Bellevue, decisively. Too bad WIAA had to move the tournament out of the Tacoma Dome, Game was at Husky Stadium. Not O’Dea’s shortest trip to the Championship game, that would be 1991 and 1994. They called the game the KingBowl, my cousin was on the 91 squad, I was the equipment manager in 94, and family was represented last night.

    Great night for Coach Kohler and the team in the record department. This was #5 for O’Dea Football, and win #394 for Kohler, tying a WIAA record. If he’s back for his 40th season, he’ll break it.
