    At any rate, Mitt Rmoney is being sued under the RICO Act for conspiracy to hide BAIN Capital’s extremely illegal shenannegans around the liquidation of eToys after eToys had been swindled out of 70% of the money for their stock sales after BAIN took eToys into public sale on the stock market by BAIN and the liquidation company that was tasked with managing the deal. The charges include bribery, perjury andconspiracy to hide a certain lawyers connections to BAIN during the aquisition process. The lawyer in question went on to become the Attorney General of Delaware, the State where the Merger was legally housed.

    This is going to be fun to watch. This lawyer isn’t some hack, this is a serious professional who knows what he’s doing, knows the business, and apparently he has a damn good case.

    Interesting article from the Center for Voting and Democracy about the non-majority winners in several Governor’s race and the Virginia Senate Race. In Virginia, the Libertarian had more votes than Warner’ s margin of victory. This particular group does promote Ranked Choice Voting as an alternative. Their is a petition drive to put it on the ballot statewide in Maine, and perhaps 9 out of 11 Gubernatorial elections won with less than 50% of the vote will help.

Surprised Bombardier, which has a plant in Mexico, and Siemens, which has a plant in an American state that borders Mexico, did not bid. They get a second chance now.
