From my position, viewing the incident as objectively as I can, based on the videos I’ve watched and news reports I’ve read it seems possible to me that an inquest jury could find that:

    A. Good was participating in a protest (“supporting her neighbors”)
    B. Good intentionally positioned her car in the street to block movement of ICE vehicles
    C. The ICE agent who grabbed her car door handle intended to arrest her for impeding ICE operations (note: under federal law such an arrest could be lawful, as ICE officers are authorized to arrest U.S. citizens in two circumstances: (1) if they assaulted an ICE officer, or (2) for impeding an ICE enforcement action)
    D. Ross, the ICE agent who shot her, was standing in front of her car when it began moving forward
    E. The car was moving forward at very slow speed, and Ross had time to get out of the way, and did get out of the way before he opened fire
    F. Ross was never in any danger of being dragged, but may have opened fire because he thought the ICE agent grabbing at the car’s door handle was in danger of being dragged (note: the law would allow him to use force to protect himself or
    others)

    If an inquest jury makes all these findings, the question then becomes whether Ross’s use of force was necessary and reasonable. I don’t think so, but if the above is what happened, that might warrant downgrading charges from murder to manslaughter.

    For HA purposes, if Doctor Dumbfuck can put himself in the place of an inquest jury and make conclusionary statements, then so can I, and it remains my position that killing Good wasn’t necessary for officer safety, nor reasonable, and this was a non-justified homicide that, when considered in the light most favorable to the office, evinced a reckless indifference to the value of human life.

It does not show his proximity to the vehicle he shot at. It does not show the direction of the vehicle movement at the moment that Ross opened fire. It gives us a very limited sense of the speed of the vehicle with respect to Ross and other pedestrians at the time he opened fire. It indicates that immediately before Ross opens fire the vehicle was moving very, very slowly. It indicates the Ms. Good was vigorously cranking the sterring wheel in a clockwise direction to steer the vehicle away from Ross.

    If it was altered, it was done in a way to remove information that would have implicated Ross. But nothing in in implicates Good.

    MILEI FULLY REPAYS CURRENCY SWAP TO THE U.S.

    In a major economic achievement for President Milei, Argentina has fully and rapidly repaid the US$ 2.5 billion drawdown from a US$ 20 billion currency swap facility with the United States Treasury.

    Announced by U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, the repayment — completed in December 2025 — clears all outstanding pesos from the Exchange Stabilization Fund (ESF).

    The swap, established in October 2025, provided urgent liquidity to stabilize Argentina’s exchange rate and financial markets right before Argentina’s midterm elections—which Milei later won by a landslide.
