They are not traffic cops. They are not general law enforcement. They can’t even do a Terry stop on a citizen with probable cause. And in this case, there was no probable cause or reasonable articulable suspicion to make a stop.
Everything ICE did in this encounter up to and including the shooting was illegal. The dumbfuck troll would have us believe that’s irrelevant. It’s relevant.
