It’s in a state that requires front license plates, which rules out the entire south (except Texas) plus Kansas, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and West Virginia.
Wendy’s has locations in every state, so that by itself doesn’t narrow it further, but Wendy’s restaurants are scarce in Alaska (10), D.C. (8), Delaware (19), Hawaii (9), Idaho (31), Maine (30), Montana (17), North Dakota (10), New Hampshire (28), Rhode Island (23), South Dakota (11), Vermont (7), and Wyoming (15), so that might help.
It’s obviously a suburban or exurban location, because there isn’t space for four-lane arterials with center turn lanes in cities. Another clue is it’s somewhere that has public transit, because that vehicle moving into the turn lane is a bus of the type of we have around here for transporting senior citizens, etc.
It looks like some south King County/north Pierce County areas, although I’m not saying it is.
