  6. The awning covered walk seems like it was made for wheelchairs. I was thinking that it was a retirement facility. There are no balconies. There are no amenities, e.g., pool, etc., that you might find at an apartment house. The building in back has that patio type structure, but there are no points of egress to the ground.

    I’m stuck for a starting point though.

It may be hard to believe from the vile nature of the threads, but yes, we have a commenting policy. Comments containing libel, copyright violations, spam, blatant sock puppetry, and deliberate off-topic trolling are all strictly prohibited, and may be deleted on an entirely arbitrary, sporadic, and selective basis. And repeat offenders may be banned! This is my blog. Life isn’t fair.
