A Bold step in the Right Direction – It is time to place the responsibility where it belongs.
This will surely get the Pooper’s shorts tied in a knot. He seems to think that a builder should have no responsibility whatsoever for defective workmanship. He thinks it’s the buyer’s reponsibility to bring a home inspector with you to a new house. Buy a new home with defects and it’s your own damned fault. He likely thinks the same about lemon laws. Take your mechanic to the new car lot with you. Buy a lemon? It’s your own damned fault. Peanut products? Extend his logic and you need to take a food product safety lab to the supermarket with you. Fail to do so, die of salmonella poisoning, and it’s your own damned fault.
How did Speaker
BIAWChopp vote?Answer = Yea.
Pooper is surely going to need some Pampers. The Desitin is on the top shelf at Walgreens and Rite-Aid.
Piper seems to believe that a new ferry boat should be flawless. A new home? Not so much. However, if the BIAW membership were to start building ferry boats…
Carl, how would you know this?:
He’s probably a network engineer
Piper wears SHORTS????
Oh, sorry, it’s an athletic supporter he doesn’t need….
However, the House bill is allegedly a lot weaker than the Senate bill. How will this difference be resolved?
The House bill is not a lot weaker than the Senate bill.
Deb, you have to stop disagreeing with palamedes.
He’s one of the chief loons here and knows everything.
@11:
Don’t you get tired of sticking all those feet into your mouth, PB?
@10:
Deb – if so, please give us some detail on where, if they do differ, they do, and if you consider them exactly the same, that they are.
