Bob Ferguson is filing another lawsuit against another one of the Trump administration’s horrible policies. As the 9th Circuit gets more and more conservative, the side of the angels is going to be less likely to prevail. Still, the conditions of care for children in detention are abhorrent. I can’t believe we could make them worse.

Elizabeth Warren was in town yesterday. It was a packed and quite the barn burner. I especially liked the section where she talked about how the government works fine for the people at the top, but that it could work for the rest of us.
