The same day the second warning letter arrived the camera caught me doing about 50 in a 35 zone while I was rushing to make the ferry. $145 citation. Now I drive 35 or less when passing that camera. Since then, a second camera went up, across the street from an elementary school at the top of the hill.
Flock cameras keep people from breaking the law, and provide needed municipal revenue when they do.
And who knows how many elementary school students I might have accidentally run over at 12:55 a.m. if not for those cameras?

January premiums are due by Jan 1st to be in effect and avoid being dropped. Marketplace customers have until Jan 15th to select a plan and pay a first month’s premium for coverage starting Feb 1st for the rest of the year.
That’s why there are still no GOP townhalls. And also why Newhouse is bailing out and leaving an open seat in a district that has been trending the wrong way for MAGA.
Unfortunately, because of the way Schumer and Jeffries handled this, for now at least it’s not productive for Democrats to capitalize on this. But they’ll have time later on next spring as the medical bankruptcies pile up and kids start dying on waiting lists.
