Last week’s contest was won by Seventy2002, who has won all three street view contests so far. It was Newark, NJ.
This week’s contest is a random location somewhere in the state of Illinois, good luck!

[…] Last week’s contest had two winners, who solved it nearly simultaneously – milwhcky and Theophrastus. The correct location was East St. Louis, IL. […]

With both timestamps at 12:12pm, I’m declaring you a co-winner. Were you referring to the gas station? Or something else?
@3 google: “phillips 66” crown illinois
(if one wanted to get desperate toss in: “24 hour ATM”)
..bingo. (‘crown’ is some-sort of ‘am/pm’ gas-station slim-jim source, which not all “phillips 66” in illinois have as a boon)
fess-up, this contest is really a crowd-sourced CAPTCHA-like side business to index obscure photos, isn’t it? [wink]

Lol, yeah, we’ll be done in the year 2649. :)
I’m actually still curious what those two guys are doing.
I suspect those guys were soliciting donations from motorists for something. Could be a local church group and the heavy-ish looking box is the “till”.
“Crown” was the key clue in my search as well.
BTW – Based on crime stats, East St. Louis has been ranked the most dangerous city in the country.

Always in tough competition from my mom’s hometown of Camden, NJ.
