    @1 – It seems the clearer and simpler the fact we point out that contradicts the shit that Wingers accept on idiotic Right Wing faith, and/or the greater amount of data backing said fact up, the more Wingers’ tiny heads explode and the faster they rush to reject the fact.

    Yah, Putting those two unfunded wars on the national credit card and several tax giveaways to the rich has played hob with the budget.

    During WW2, the top tax rate was 94% in 1944 and 45. From 1940 to 1963, the top marginal tax rate was over 80%.
    I welcome your call to restore our tax rate to those levels to help bring down the debt.

    Yes I would call for that and also cutting military spending and not handing out hundreds of billions of dollars to financial corporations. Economic stimulus is mostly just more corporatism also, pumping up corporations in order to boost “the economy”. A small part of the stimulus is productive such as unemployment benefits.
