Another violent thug is about to reach the FO phase of his actions.

Scoop: Jay Jones cancels Virginia fundraiser amid “two bullets” backlash

Jay Jones, the Democratic nominee for attorney general in Virginia, has canceled a Thursday night fundraiser at the home of novelist David Baldacci, according to a person with the matter.

No need to raise funds if you’re dropping out.

The best way to make sense of Republican hypocrisy is: They don’t want you to be like them.

A Republican state lawmaker in Michigan who has condemned LGBTQ rights, called oral sex “a crime against God,” and introduced legislation to ban pornography in the state has been linked to an account on an extremely graphic adult dating website that promises hookups of all kinds, reported the Detroit Metro Times on Tuesday.

Life is a hell unknown at the front. I am afraid I cannot describe to you the horors I have seen as the onslaught of the enemy is repelled by the forces of good. They outnumber us bit our resolve is steely and the strength of your love guides me. Suffice to know I think of you often and desire nothing more than to return home safely and victorious upon the conclusion of our grand mission. May the forces of the Lord Donald be ever victorious

The Democrat party has taken so many hits in the last few weeks that you would think jettisoning Jay Jones would be a no-brainer, to avoid making things worse.

    Politics
Virginia Dems quietly fret that refusal to dump AG candidate Jay Jones is hurting party: ‘Avoid him like the plague’

Maybe it’s because in 2019 Virginia Democrats didn’t have to force out Ralph Northam. Or his lieutenant, Justin Fairfax. Or AG Mark Herring.

Or maybe it’s because Jay Jones is black.

Among the coveted 25-54 demographic, the hemorrhage was even worse with Kimmel drawing only 265,000 viewers, an 85% nosedive from the 1.7 million he had scored just days earlier.

Really, not a bad use for all those tariff dollars piling up.

The Trump administration said Tuesday it will use tariff funds to keep afloat a federal food assistance program for nearly 7 million pregnant women, new moms and young children during the government shutdown.

The program, known as WIC, was expected to run out of money soon because Congress has yet to approve a federal spending package for fiscal year 2026, which started on October 1. The National WIC Association has predicted that the program’s funding would last only a week or two into the shutdown.

Say, I bet if enough Senate Democrats vote for the CR there would be some tariff dollars to put into Obamacare subsidy extensions.

What do you think, Senator Ossoff?

MAGA should spend a little bit of time with Christians.

Last month, the Rev. David Black stood in front of a Chicago-area U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility and spread his arms wide. Adorned in all black and wearing a clerical collar, the pastor looked up at a group of masked, heavily armed ICE agents on the roof and began to pray.

“I invited them to repentance,” Black, a minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA), said in an interview. “I basically offered an altar call. I invited them to come and receive that salvation, and be part of the kingdom that is coming.”

But when Black began to lower his arms a few seconds later, the agents responded to his spiritual plea by firing pepper balls, or chemical agents that cause eye irritation and respiratory distress, video footage shows. One struck Black in the head, exploding into a puff of white pepper smoke and forcing him to his knees. Fellow demonstrators rushed to his aid, and as the pastor.

The incident was three rooftop ICE snipers firing at the head of a guy on the sidewalk.

We’ll know his identity at trial someday.

The shutdown will affect me this weekend. There’s no Sunday 7 a.m. ferry, so despite TSA pre-check status I plan to travel to the airport on the 6:30 ferry instead of the 7:30 ferry I would otherwise take, because I want to get to the airport a little early in case there’s an issue with TSA.

Judging from stories about this guys health, the King County Medical Examiner’ better get ready for a pickup at the guy’s halfway house.

    17,
Assault is a felony. Material actions including statements or deliberate omissions taken to conceal the identity of someone who has committed assault may be charged with obstruciton. Any agreement among two or more parties accompanied by any affirmative act to commit obstruction may be charged with conspiracy. Any subsequent act taken in furtherance of that agreement will reset the time accounting for the statute of limitations.

As an agency, keeping time records and reports of employee activities and actions, with knowing oversight of supervisors and administrators, ICE has quickly become a massive criminal conspiracy to obstruct, involving most if not all of the agency leadership. And probably including quite a lot of leadership at DOJ and DHS. The only reliable safety from the criminal consequences would be an overthrowal of the democratic processes permitting a change of the government. As an agency ICE is now entirely wedded to the partisan political and criminal project of keeping MAGA in power, not just for their own survival as an agency, but also to escape likely criminal convictions down the road.

U.S. District Judge Stephen Wilson just entered a default judgment against billionaire Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne. And Hunter Biden has now filed a motion seeking Byrne’s arrest. The judgment arises from false and defamatory public claims made by Byrne that accuse Biden of having sought and obtained an $800 million extortion payment from Iran in order to secure the unfreezing of Iranian oil assets during the Biden administration. These are some of the same false claims we have seen repeated here by the Actual Nazi Fucktard.

Previously the judge had declined a motion for default, setting a trial date for Oct 14. But last week Byrne failed to respond to a scheduled sanctions hearing and the judge finally ran out of patience.
