Drinking Liberally — Seattle

by Darryl — Tuesday, 9/16/25, 5:45 pm

DLBottle

Hey everyone, “General” Pam Bondi says she is outlawing free speech! So please join us this evening for some liberal conversation (before it is criminalized) over a pint (before it is prohibited) at the Seattle Chapter of Drinking liberally (before we are all rounded up and sent to Gitmo, the Florence Supermax, or Florida).

We meet tonight and every Tuesday at the Roanoke Park Place Tavern, 2409 10th Ave E, Seattle. You’ll find us out on the back patio. We start at 8:00pm.

Chapters of Living Liberally are all over the place (at least, for now)…if you can’t make it to the Seattle chapter, stop by another chapter near you.

Even the Supreme Court is afraid of Trump, it seems. Republicans in Congress certainly are. His cabinet was handpicked for obeisance. Trump’s power derives from his ability to incite mobs. And now they’re lecturing us about rhetoric? I’m laughing my rabbit ears off at them. They’re all ring-kissing weaklings.

Attorney General Pam Bondi defended her move to crack down on “hate speech” in the United States after the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, saying threats of violence are federal crimes under the U.S. Constitution.

MAGA influencer Ali Alexander called on President Donald Trump to arrest and possibly kill 500,000 Americans who identify with left-wing groups like Antifa, according to a new report.

Welfare Queen YLB @ 403 in the previous thread:

    wonders about a ricochet.

That’s probably what happened.. more plausible upon some reflection. ricochet off Kirk’s body armor right into his neck.

So fresh off her insistence that Biden’s senile performance during the 2024 presidential debate was merely due to a “cold”,

HA’s unserious twat wants us to share her belief that a bullet somehow penetrated a T-shirt so form-fitting that it would show a vest if one was worn (the photos of Kirk that day, from the side when he is leaning forward, demonstrate zero evidence of an armor plate on his back), without putting a hole in the T-shirt, AND said bullet ricocheted at an angle of about 90 degrees but didn’t lose any velocity by the impact with the nonexistent plate or other vest, and then entered Kirk’s neck with enough velocity not just to sever at least two major vessels, but also to impact his cervical spine with enough force to immediately knock him out. (Watch Kirk’s arms when the bullet strikes – they go out in front of him the way a fighter’s arms or a wide receiver’s arms do when they’re knocked cold while still standing.)

If Kirk is struck just in the soft tissues of his anterior neck his arms won’t do that. There had to have been a hit to the spine with enough impact to shock his CNS senseless, immediately.

Welfare Queen YLB, a bullet that ricochets at a slight angle off of the street can still do some damage because it hits at an angle that only deviates the bullet’s path by a few degrees, which might not do much to its velocity. A bullet that is deviated 90 or so degrees, as you claim, has lost so much velocity that what you are suggesting simply isn’t possible – the bullet is no longer moving with enough velocity to possess the necessary momentum to cause what we witnessed.

Ask yourself why Kirk went limp above the neck but his arms stuck straight out.

Welfare Queen YLB, if you weren’t willing to believe your lying eyes when Biden’s senility demonstrated itself front and center at the worst possible moment, why in the world would you believe what some YouTube influencer tells you?

Ask one of your fucked kids, Welfare Queen YLB, who undoubtedly sat through a basic mechanical physics course that you clearly have not, whether what you are signing onto is possible. Let us know if he answers without laughing first.

Kristi Noem is covering herself with bullshit again.

The Department of Homeland Security publicly attacked a Chicago-area man as an unlawful immigrant and a criminal … knowing he was neither ….

Yah, U.S. citizen dragged out of his house, handcuffed, and thrown into CBP vehicle because he’s Hispanic. No warrant, no questions, no ID check. That’s the outfit Ms. Dogkiller runs, and that’s how she runs it.

In her defense, it’s not like she was employable elsewhere, even before her behavior this past week.

Investors aren’t rushing into stocks ahead of what’s expected to be a quarter-point cut in the Fed’s overnight interbank lending rate.

I wonder if they’re more worried about looser monetary policy adding to inflation than sluggish hiring by employers waiting to see which tariffs are on and which are off.

Yah, U.S. citizen dragged out of his house, handcuffed, and thrown into CBP vehicle because he’s Hispanic looks exactly like the five guys he lives with who are illegals.

He wasn’t arrested. He was detained with the others, put into a vehicle and questioned, and then released when his answers satisfied ICE. He wasn’t arrested.

There was no error on the part of ICE.

Robinhood Dumbfuck Rabbit, you would be better off wondering whether investors are satisfied with the 10.43% return of the S&P 500 in just the last three months, and are preparing to sell on the news after buying on the rumor.

Which is pretty much what investors always do when they think that it’s time to take some of their investment off the table for awhile.

Remember way back in late October when someone launched a DDoS attack on The Internet Archive.

And remember over the weekend when DOJ deleted their own data on right wing political violence FAR exceeds left wing political violence?

Almost like the tried to memory hole it.

Says the guy who literally for four years has been saying he doesn’t own any shares he just plays options. It would be really helpful for you to be believable if you would just stay with the same lie.
