Today I can think of a whole raft of SCOTUS decisions by the Trump court that should and probably will, be overturned or extensively modified by future justices, if there still is a court in the future.

The city prosecutor did not disclose to defense attorneys or courts that (1) Project Veritas was the source of the videos, and (2) the videos were edited to remove exculpatory footage, and specifically footage showing meeting participants believed nonviolent protests were being planned.
In addition, both the city prosecutor and the lead detective repeatedly lied to courts, claimed all video evidence had been turned over to defense attorneys, that the videos were unedited, and so on.
