If only Democrats come drinking, who will pay? If everyone at the table is a Democrat commie lib victim, will the waiter get a tip? Will the bar bill be paid, or will Goldy et al skip paying because they are “entitled”?
Former Philly treasurer sentenced to 10 years in corruption case
AP, by Janice Podsada [gee, What A Surprise!]
PHILADELPHIA – Former Philadelphia treasurer Corey Kemp was led away in handcuffs to begin a 10-year prison sentence – longer than even prosecutors had been seeking – imposed Tuesday in the city’s “pay-to-play” corruption case. /Break/ The case hinged on telephone calls, secretly recorded by the FBI over nine months, in which authorities said Kemp and late Democratic campaign fundraiser Ronald A. White talked about shaking down businessmen for political contributions and other payments.
Your favorite cute fluffy little bunny, who was very ill last month, will not make public appearances for some time yet. Just too exhausting what with all the papparazzi, crush of admiring fans, etc.
I see that Shrub, just as I predicted, picked an unabashed anti-Roe v. Wade, anti-Bill of Rights, right wing extremist for the Supreme Court — undoubtedly hoping that a confirmation fight will draw attention away from Karl Rove’s treason and Bush’s blatant lying about firing leakers.
Yawn; he’s not an extremist…You guys ever wonder if your anger and hate speech and hype works against you?
I hope Mr Roberts is a Christian. If he is then the left will fight real hard to keep him off the bench. I hope the vitriol from the left is extrememly hateful and the republicans have good taperecorders. Ah this ought to be gooood!!
They are at their worst when it comes to judges;
Libs must be awaiting their talking points; lemme guess
anti”choice” or “reproductive health”
not mainstream
not diverse
Oh there is another problem. He has only been a federal judge for 2 years… I dont know if he will pass the gravitas test the donks will throw at him.

You don’t, so why should we?

” hope Mr Roberts is a Christian. If he is then the left will fight real hard to keep him off the bench.”
Yes, everyone knows that the left always fights christian nominees, like that one… damn I am having a hard time remembering a single nominee that left fought against because they were a christian, perhaps RUFUS will enlighten us.
Don*****don, you should be asking Chucky Schumer
Puddy, I wopuld ask you about Chucky Schumer, but I am afraid you would lead me to another Right-Wing slander site, and I am just not going there with you.
About that 500 tons of yellow cake… [Bush lied! Bush lied!….. Eh, Never mind!]

We interrupt this scandal to ask a question that, due to it’s “explosive” nature was never asked when the story broke almost exactly a year ago… What were 500 tons of yellow cake uranium still doing at the nuclear research center of Al-Tuwaitha in Iraq when American tanks rolled into Bagdhad?
Feds claim fraud put a drunk and ‘goofballs’
on Chicago’s city payroll [Democrats In Action!!]
One as a drunk. Some were laughed at as “goofballs.” One was declared the best-qualified candidate for a job on the city payroll — even though he was dead. All of them were recommended for city jobs or hired because they were politically connected and helped to get out the vote on Election Day, according to U.S. Attorney Patrick J. Fitzgerald.
Looks like Montgomery Scott (James Doohan) has left us this morning, I am in morning of this, I remember having met him at the original Star Trek opening at the Tacoma Mall Twin Theaters…seemed like a very nice guy. Someone is going to point out that this is off subject, dont waste your time, I pointed it out for you.
Chuck, I liked James Doohan too. George Takei (Sulu) and James Doohan would lead in the Trek Conventions before his sickness became too difficult.
Back to Don*****don, Schumer said, “…I am concerned about (insert name) deeply held personal convictions…” is his way of saying he is afraid of Christian views. Schumer has said this on a few jurists put forth by Bush. His latest attack was on William Pryor. You can look it up by a Google search.
Puddy @ 16 ““…I am concerned about (insert name) deeply held personal convictions…†is his way of saying he is afraid of Christian views.”
Uh… I am afraid your attempt to read other people’s minds is less than convincing.
Let me try. Your saying “I liked James Doohan too” is your way of saying “I like to fuck dead people”.
Donnageddon@17
Didnt know you felt that way about the deceased…wa
JCH @ all
you are awesome.
Uh… chuck… 17 is your post. And 19 reveals the Puddy one’s inner feelings.
Thanks Chardonnay. And DON, I remember how insulted you were when I suggested General Patton slapped you. [That really made my day!]
