    ICE detention orders are administrative instructions that apply exclusively to ICE officers and other federal law enforcement employees and their contractors. They are not judicial warrants. They do not convey the authority of any court. They do not remotely meet the warrant requirements set out in the 4th Amendment.

    If federal agents come to your home or place of business waiving one of these documents this weekend you are not legally obligated to recognize them, assist them, or comply with requests for your cooperation. Ask to see a warrant signed by a judge. State clearly that you do not waive your 4th or 5th amendment rights. Politely decline to answer questions. Politely decline requests to enter or search any object or premise under your control. Comply with any clearly stated orders. Never physically resist any law enforcement officer or act to obstruct them beyond asserting your stated rights and communicating with those around you.
    Do not answer questions.
    Call your lawyer.

And under the new system judges are quitting by the dozens. Reducing the rate of production by an average of 6 percent each month. Remember how compounding works?

    Can’t do it with 400 judges. Can’t do it with 1000. They need a surge. Can’t take the money from TANKPARADE, WALL!!, or SPACEFORCE! Have to take it from ICE.

Twice per workday you’d have to get off the bus at Aurora Village and wait for a connecting bus to take you into Seattle. That’s 2 x 20 minutes = 40 minutes each day, assuming you don’t miss your connection. 40 minutes x $15/hr = $10. That’s 83% of the difference in minimum wage, and that’s prior to payroll deductions, Cz-252.

    3. That Arby’s is a walk across a large parking lot and a two-crossing intersection away from the Aurora Village Transit Station.

    Riding the ferry Saturday, noticed signs of progress at Colman Dock. They had both the Bainbridge and Bremerton runs using the same slip, but it appears they are getting close to opening some of the new passenger terminal. Starting a week from Monday, passenger only service will be suspended for a week, to allow for the anyway to be relocated, possibly back to it’s original spot.
