What is it – one more hour before polls begin closing on the east coast? For those of us who voted by mail a week ago, it is hard to be patient.

I’ll be at one of the MoveOn “house parties” after work, presumably annoying a few folks on the west coast to see if they voted before sitting down to dinner or pestering people in Alaska and Hawaii. The wife and I might wander down to DL after that. In any case, I’m hoping not to end up going to bed depressed at 8:00 PM like I did two years ago.
I have been calling the seattle CC office for a couple of hours. If you have an extension number then maybe you can get through. Otherwise it dumps you to general voice mail or drops the connection.
I am ceasing all GOTV in my precinct since I cannot even use my phone to call voters in my precinct without getting another robocall or callcenter call from one of the gotv groups.
I am gonna change my listed numbers in the party database to my fax line for the next election.
