The packages are sometimes loaded with dog poop or paint, and those items make for some really good videos from the reaction of the would-be when thieves are coated in dog poo or paint.

    The really, really funny thing is when the thieves complain about being fooled into taking a loaded package. You’d think they were the ones who were wronged, not the people from whom they were trying to steal!

    Justice Department attorney Tiberius Davis repeatedly objected Wednesday to Boasberg’s plan to resume the contempt proceedings. Davis said the fact that the Supreme Court set aside Boasberg’s order not to turn over the prisoners to El Salvador meant there is no basis for the judge to investigate whether officials intentionally defied his directive.

In Judge Boasberg’s evidentiary case exploring contempt and obstruction in the DOJ and the DHS a senior ICE official just admitted in an evidentiary hearing that in the Kilmar Abrego Garcia case someone else drafted his declaration and he didn’t know what certain words in the declaration meant.

    The case is a shitshow with very serious criminal permutations for the dipshits involved. Among whom happens to also be Emil Bove, since appointed to the 3rd Circuit. At the time he was Bondi’s 2nd. And he is alleged to have instructed the DOJ attorneys and DHS officials to lie to Judge Boasberg. So while it’s certainly possible that the SCOTUS can bigfoot this inquiry to save criminal scum from consequences, it probably won’t prevent the record of the criminal activity from being established and published.

    Thus creating the record required to sustain impeachment proceedings against Bove later on down the line. No statute of limitations on impeachment. Womp-womp.

The DOJ has just moved for dismissal in it’s falsified prosecution of Marimar Martinez, a passing motorist who was caught in the middle of an ICE enforcement raid in the middle of a school zone during peak rush hour that went out of control when agents got stuck in traffic. One of the agents in a panic swerved into Martinez’s SUV and then smashed into parked cars. The ICE Fat Ass then lept out, screaming vile obscenities at Ms. Martinez as she cowered in her vehicle. He positioned himself in front of his victim’s car and unloaded his weapon into her vehicle striking Ms. Martinez five times. After the shooting the ICE Fat Ass fled the scene in his personal vehicle and then moved it to another state to hide it from investigators. Then he bragged about the shooting on social media to fellow ICE Fat Asses and the pathetic incels who worship them.

    Naturally, the Actual Pedophile Fucktard aggressively defended this conduct by his Fat Heroes in these comment threads at the time, arguing that Martinez was a “terrorist”.

    Charges dropped because she was exactly as she, her attorneys, and multiple eyewitnesses attested, a completely innocent bystander caught up in another MAGASTAPO shitshow. The state prosecutor of Illinois has a duty to prosecute these Fat Felons for the falsified sworn statements that at least a half dozen of them preparred and presented to support her false arrest and indictment.

    Commercial construction is light at the moment in Seattle. With that, the city’s permit review and building dept is pretty slow right now. Shorter: there isnt enough money and volume to afford the staffing levels they have currently.

    The City’s Solution: Increase permit fees by nearly 20%!!! This a clear example of the disfunctional city govt in Seattle. rather than trim the fat, they increase costs – which steers business away. Its a microcosm of the policies of the City.

If some of those “porch pirates” weren’t paid actors, the homeowner potentially could get in criminal and civil trouble for the exploding boxes. Most, if not all, states have laws against booby traps and set guns, for obvious reasons. In other words, it’s a crime to defend your property by setting a booby trap that explodes or fires when touched or picked up.

    When you need to hire tens of thousands of people for law enforcement duties all at once, this is the kind of people you’re going to get.

    Despite these being well-paying jobs, DHS is offering $50K hiring bonuses to attract recruits, and lowering hiring standards. It won’t be a surprise at all to learn of ICE and CP hires with criminal and DUI records, and I wouldn’t be surprised if some of them are even illegal immigrants. (If you watch ICE arrest videos taken by bystanders, you’ll note some are Spanish speaking.)

    It’s also evident they’re getting little or no training in proper arrest procedures or constitutional and civil rights, as they’re randomly grabbing people based on appearance along, and even refusing to look at IDs proving citizenship. When they do arrest citizens, instead of releasing them immediately, they’re often held for several days. All of this is illegal and unconstitutional.

    It’s a shame the public hates them, but that’s a result of the policies and practices ordered by the higher-ups. Like kids thinking about joining the military, potential recruits need to think hard about what they’ll be asked or expected to do by this administration. This isn’t a good time to either serve in the military (especially National Guard) or ICE and BP. When they find themselves tasked with doing unsavory illegal shit, or find these jobs going away when a Democratic House majority rewrites the budget two years from now, the rest of us will only say, “Don’t forget, you volunteered for this.”
