Meanwhile, the Hospitality Worker’s Union has rejected the only candidate suffering the trifecta of malignant narcissism, sociopathy, and cerebral syphilis by giving Kamala Harris their endorsement. This, despite a bullshit campaign promise from Spanky, himself, of tax-free tips should he be elected again. Also, The Felon Von Shitzenpantz might be suffering from a bad case of emoluments. Meanwhile, Трамп puts his common sense, great temperament, and loyalty on display by first complaining about the international prisoner swap, and then pivoting to publicly praising Putin over the deal.
Finally, a decade-old mystery has been solved. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. confesses he left that dead bear cub in Central Park. Some say its the brain worm talking….

The Village Idiot at least once upon a time used to come here to engage. But that was long ago. Now he routinely lies and mostly air drops misinformation gleaned from well documented sources of misinformation. And whenever you or anyone else debunks it he simply moves to a new air drop of more misinformation. It’s pure trollish, 100% of the time and that’s probably what got him sideways with Darryl. He wasn’t getting anywhere with the posted topic, he couldn’t engage with it effectively, so he chose to resume air dropping bullshit. But it was off-topic bullshit. He could have waited it out until another ot, but discussing the explosive and historic candidacy of Vice President Harris was too triggering for him.
It’s been a consistently bad faith performance for a long, long time now. It’s entirely unworthy of being rescued by you or anyone else. If he comes back he’ll have you and Darryl to thank I guess.

We’re entering a third week of the Harris campaign, 78-year-old convicted felon Trump continues to remain sidelined in the daily free media news cycle that he counts on. His MAGA surrogates remain stuck-on-stupid, defending his weird extremism and that of his running mate. His base enthusiasm is showing significant signs of weakening, forcing Trump to veer off of a general campaign pivot and refocus on base motivation messaging that is divisive and deeply unpopular with swing voters. And the RWNJ media-sphere continue to flail in attempts to negatively define Vice President Harris.
Meanwhile Harris for President continue to stay in the news daily with new, exciting developments as the national convention draws nearer. The aforementioned idiot troll admitted to the swing in momentum, but chose to characterize it as a “honeymoon” effect. But for months polling scientists and focus group researchers have been warning about the “double haters” – the larger percentage of low-information swing voters in key battlegrounds who hated either option. Until Biden stepped aside.
We already knew that some important percentage of these “double haters” had indicated an interest in voting for Trump in November, apparantly either preferring that he was at least a few years younger, or reasoning that because he was not the incumbent he would be more likely to introduce change. Vice President Harris stands very well positioned to grab most of these double haters. And she may have already done it.
By the time Joe Rogan figures out how to artfully shit on Kat Ladies for Kamala it will probably be too late. And bear in mind this is a guy on a podcast with no content moderation, editors, or in-house counsel looking over his shoulders. Fox News, Newsmax, and the like are not currently in any position to drive away audience with rampant racism or misogyny. It’s going to be really hard to drive those messages into the rapidly diversifying suburbs of battleground states without a big assist from cable and broadcast media. And I don’t think they’ll get it.

Former Trump lawyer Jenna Ellis is revealed as the new cooperating witness in the Arizona fake electors prosecution.
Early reports are that Arizona’s AG has agreed to drop nine felony charges against Ellis and give her transactional immunity, with no other charges in the offing. If this proves to be true it may be significant. Transactional immunity is often sought and seldom given in high profile cases. Use immunity, in which the testimony given by the cooperating witness may not be used against them at any future point is the far more common form of immunity granted to hostile cooperating witnesses. Use immunity leaves the jurisdiction free to bring related charges, but only so long as they are able to prove up those charges without relying on the cooperating testimony given. Transactional immunity takes all related charges off the table, at least within the jurisdiction.
In a criminal conspiracy prosecution such as this, a grant of transactional immunity often contemplates that no other co-conspirator can give the same testimony as the cooperating witness. But that other co-conspirators may be able to give testimony to support related charges against the cooperating conspirator. And so it also contemplates that the cooperating co-conspirator can make the case all alone. Ellis is probably well positioned in that regard. She’s credible and lacks most of the weirdness and MAGA clownishness of other defendants. It pains me to admit it, but she once was a credible attorney, at least on paper. And it will be interesting to consider what other receipts she may be able to provide.
But while speculation is fun, it must be kept in mind that her deal, whatever it is, is limited to the crimes and jurisdiction involved in the deal. She has already pleaded guilty in Georgia and we can presume that the Fulton County Prosecutor has her testimony. Any further involvement in related cases in other jurisdictions might include the Conspiracy to defraud the United States criminal indictments in the District Court of the District of Columbia, now entering evidenciary hearing prompted by the U.S. Supreme Court immunity holding. But whether or not her testimony in that case would even be admissible is still uncertain at this point. And so it would be pointless to speculate about how her work as the campaign lawyer running the conspiracy might be used. Thanks to an out-of-control, beyond accountability, rabidly partisan Supreme Court, that testimony may not be admissible.
Still, right now, today, if you’re Mark Meadows, Mike Roman, or Rudy Giuliani you are currently busy changing your undies and hitting the liquor cabinet.
