    Looks like a library or government building. What are those things on the right? Goats? And it’s a left-driving country (which isn’t the same thing as a leftist country, for you trolls). Jamaica, maybe? This looks Caribbean to me, and in Jamaica, “goats are ubiquitous and reign supreme.”
