    The company I work for has several Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s). These groups consist of African American, Latino, Military, Woman, AIPAC, and the LGBTQ Communities.

    Although I feel that the company is good at promting and supporting these groups and creation of them for “good business” reasons, I think they need to walk the walk more beyond talking the talk.

    With some many social media platforms to get your company name out there I think part of their actions should be to closed down their twitter account. They can get just as much business name and recognition from LinkedIn.

    If I ever get the opportunity to express this to people that can bring that forward I will do so. After all, it is just free speach that I am exercising.
