    You know Phelps is a Democrat, right?

    Diplomacy, protocol, simple politeness mean anything to you? Bowing to a Japanese is the natural polite greeting. I suppose you’d go ape shit if Obama shook hands with say Michelle Bachelet. (Or held hands with Crown Prince Abdullah for that matter.)

    Here’s a few tips should you ever try to venture out into the world.

    Don’t touch a middle easterner with your left hand. Odds are he’ll find it extremely disrespectful if you do.

    Don’t make the circle and three fingers “O.K.” symbol in most of africa. To them it’s like giving the middle finger.

    DO bow politely when greeting Asains.

    DON’T under ANY circumstances give an unnanounced backrub to a German.

    Maybe you’d be more comfortable if Obama just greeted every world leader with a fist bump on the chest and cry of “U.S.A. What! What!!!”
