As I have said before (I’m not sure why many of you don’t believe me), but I AM a Democrat. There are only a few issues where I may be considered a conservative. One is the death penalty. I believe more crimes should be capital crimes. For example, I believe that kid who shot that female hiker, mistaking her for a bear, should be executed.

Dino Rossi says he’s running for governor to deal with traffic congestion. Looks like he’s actually dodging the tough things is takes to lead on the subject.
He’s now bashing the 9.5 cent gas tax increase in a TV spot. Where was he when it was on the ballot? That tax was supported by business and all kinds of Republicans.
Oddly, Rossi also takes credit for the tax in his bizarre road building plan – claiming he raises something like $15 billion for transportation.
This is slime ball unmatched in election history here: saying one thing in your “transportation” plan, while saying something else in your TV spots.
It is worth noting that Rossi’s latest TV ad also repeats the same charges that the BIAW makes in its radio spots. There is obviously illegal coordination going on here, so why no action by the PDC to blow the whistle?

Well, someone should pay a pretty big penalty for that shooting. Otherwise, we are saying that hikers’ lives are worthless and hunters rule. I’m not sure if it is the kid, though, but someone should pay a price here, and a big one. NRA officers?

So is the G.0.P. Party going to give full voting rights to its delegations from Florida, Michigan, New Hanpshire, South Carolina, and Wyoming? All of those states were stripped to half their normal delegate strengths — the first four for holding primaries prior to February 5, and Wyoming for having caucuses that actually chose delegates before February 5. (The G.0.P. Party caucuses in Iowa and Nevada, while held before February 5, did not choose delegates at that time, so those states were not penalized.)
