Goldy goes on to explain that Washington has laws that require a warrant for incarceratory cavity probes.
The gist of the Supreme Court ruling is that jailers have the right to invasive searches without warrants because of the heightened security environment of a jail or prison.
Yet…somehow, lacking warrantless ass searches, Washington state jails and prisons manage to not spiral into utter chaos.
Maybe it’s the climate.
I always suspected jail guards are proctologist wannabes.
If they could have done this when they stopped Tim McVeigh, they could have pulled that bomb out of his ass BEFORE he could use it!
Everybody believes in the Bill of Rights except when it becomes inconvenient. Unless we get serious about our Constitution, it will be subverted by the law/judicial people and the morons we elect to “represent” us.

Voting for the person you want is not throwing one’s vote away. How will things ever change if we continue to vote for Democrats and Republicans only?
BTW, I don’t vote for those Republicans who support the kind of shit that’s attacking the Constitution. The Democrats don’t get my vote either when they support things like the Patriot Act.
