    It’s a way of getting attention. They thrive on negative attention. I am pretty sure that most likely reason behind that is because it’s the only form of attention they got when they were kids. Mom and/or Dad never looked at them or acknowledged their existence until they did something horrible like spilling a glass of milk at the dinner table. Then what they got was histrionic overreaction or even violence in response.

    One of my best friends grew up in a household like that. He’s a pretty conservative guy, a damn good machinist and a hellava good man. But his Pop never looked at, spoke to, or even really noticed he or his brother until some disaster happened. Then they got their asses kicked good and hard.

    That’s how right-wingers raise their kids. They beat them, lie to them, fuck them over and occasionally rape them because children are possessions, mere objects and burdens that cost money and real psychological effort to deal with. When Christmas comes around they dust them off and put them on a pedestal for a few hours, but then they get put away with the rest of the Christmas decorations once the Grandparents leave.

    One great thing about that guy, when his father finally died of liver cancer from a lifetime of drinking shitty beer all the time, was that he inherited a massive collection of rare antique and some rather esoteric firearms. Going out shooting with him is a blast.

    For the last three weeks, the shit I’m working on averages 130 lbs each piece to start. When I take them off after the last operation, they weigh about 70 lbs. I put them in the machine, carve them up nice and pretty, and take them out again to put them on the bench to get the burrs off of them. I’m doing 5 of those a day. In and out, multiple times each, by hand. I’ve done 62 of them so far, not one reject in the box. I even scoop my own chips.

    I’m 58 years old. I’m willing to be that you couldn’t bend over to pick up a pencil off the floor, and probably haven’t even seen your own dick or adequately wiped your ass in 40 years.

    A cursory review of posting history couldn’t help but reveal that nobody, literally nobody here, has anywhere near the preoccupation that Degen has with anuses, rectums, sphincters, and fecal elimination. A staff member wandered into the checkout area as I was leaving to make sure there wasn’t anything I needed. I was probably in the store 90 seconds.

    When I first heard that a China Eastern 737 went down, couldn’t avoid that some would immediately say Ground the MAX not knowing that there are 3 other generations of 737s flying. There are even 737-200 Advanced still flying in Canada, as they are tge best jetliner for Arctic runways.The China Eastern 737 was a 800, which I believe production of, ha either wound down or is winding down, at Renton.

    According to the same eyewitnesses, the planners coordinated with White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and with Trump campaign spokesperson Katrina Pierson. Planners had originally intended to obtain a parade permit for the movement of the group. But in the final days that element was withdrawn at the direction of Meadows and the campaign who worried that connecting the campaign event at the ellipse with the attack on Congress would reflect badly on Trump. The sworn eyewitnesses all agree that in all the planning they attended, sending the large crowd from the ellipse to the Capitol was part of the plan. But that it was later agreed to simply send the mob toward the Capitol on the day of the event, rather than organize it as a permitted parade so that there would be no security costs and so the Capitol security would not be present or prepared.
