The isolation that these adolescents are feeling, that now is associated with increased as you mentioned, increased drug overdose, that’s and now increase suicide. I think it is really important, as a grandfather, 11 grandkids, I want these kids back in school. I’ve one grandchild with cystic fibrosis. I want it done smartly but I think we have to be honest that the public health and interest of the students in the station right now is to get a quality education face-to-face learning and when you do get on with it.

    Clabber Girl or Calumet Baking Powder to make them fluffy if not self rising. I like to add one more teaspoon of baking powder even to 3 cups self-rising flour
    Two pinches of Himalayan Salt
    Small amount of powdered sugar
    Water
    Choice of milk – use non-dairy unsweetened milk products unless moo milk is used.
    Tillamook Butter – Or – You can use Extra Virgin Unflavored Olive Oil (retired chef sister taught me this one)
    Couple or Three Eggs or so – I like Extra Large or Jumbo (black man size ones, not medium or large whitey huevos)

    Heat Oven to 225, put pan of boiling water into oven bottom shelf
    Make the batter up then beat air into the batter
    Make sure griddle is 375 and well greased.
    When the cake bubbles count to 45 then flip
    Watch it rise. Take it off when it no longer sizzles
    Put into oven approved bowl and place wet paper towels over the pancakes to keep them moist as you make more. The steam keeps the paper towels wetter.

    Oh yeah, I usually have enough batter to make one enormous size pancake at the end. One big enough for a 10 inch plate. You need big barbeque spatulas to flip dat sucka!
