So it looks as if Pissident PornFucker’s lawyers finally read the NDA this week, and figured out that the only parties named in the arbitration clause were not Mr. Safety School, Esq.
Which of course means that if they want to get this dispute (and all the accompanying documentation including erm, uh, dick pics!) out of the public eye and back into private arbitration then they have to sue on behalf of a named party. In particular the one named David Dennison, aka Fuckface McClownstick, aka Pissident PornFucker McSpaceForce!
So they did! Donald Trump, the leader of “conservatism” and the Republican Party, and the President of the United States quietly-but-not-so-quietly filed paperwork last night suing some porno lady for not honoring the arbitration clause in an NDA that he insists (but not really) has nothing to do with him. Got it?
The Idiot King may have finally figured out that his bag-man Mr. Safety School, Esq. has done enough damage. So he’s retained Peter Thiel’s arms-length hitman lawyer to announce to the world that (Piddles, you’re gonna wanna look away right now)

It keeps getting better! I just love how he never lets us down.
The Gawker-killer lawyer is supposed to scare the shit out of CBS. But while $30 million is enough to kill a tiny little blog, it isn’t even enough to pay for a week’s drinks bill for one of CBS’ senior producers. And Trump is no Peter Thiel. He couldn’t even scratch up the money for the NDA. He’s so cheap he steals from charities. And to kill Gawker, Thiel had to bankroll Bolea’s lawyer for four years. I like the sound of that. Four years of exclusives, insider reporting, and plenty of dirty, dirty (and don’t forget dick pics!) could easily be worth $30 million to CBS.
We live in wondrous times, my friends.

24,
Well, chances are, whatever the OIG report reveals (if only the Piddles would share with us his super top seeekrit copy) it won’t warrant the loss of pension. I’m speculating, of course.
But the timing on the whole this is very suspicious and would indicate that the AG initiated the accelerated time line of events last week in order to beat the clock. Perhaps that would be warranted in the case of very egregious misconduct. And Cheeto Jesus and his Russian Troll-bot army will certainly insist that this is so, even if McCabe is only found to have used an extra sheet of toilet tissue.
The larger investigation, of which the allegations against McCabe were a part until last Friday, may not be due for final report for some time. So at the behest of the AG, the OIG separated the investigation of McCabe and wrapped up a report in just over one week. McCabe and his counsel were given only four days to review and respond. Very serious misconduct bordering on criminal would probably justify that kind of foreshortened process in order to demonstrate to the rank and file that senior agency employees aren’t given a pass or allowed to skate. But if it turns out to be a case of McCabe having been found to be not sufficiently responsive or forthcoming in response to the IG’s inquiry then we can probably conclude that Sessions did all that to fuck with his pension as political retaliation. And if that’s the case then I’m glad to see good loyal American patriots stepping up and fucking with the White House in return. Good for them.

For the three Queens buildings in the borough’s Astoria neighborhood, the Kushner Cos. checked a box on construction permit applications in 2015 that indicated the buildings had zero rent-regulated tenants. Tax records filed a few months later showed the company inherited as many as 94 rent-regulated units from the previous owner.
In all, Housing Rights Initiative found the Kushner Cos. filed at least 80 false applications for construction permits in 34 buildings across New York City from 2013 to 2016, all of them indicating there were no rent-regulated tenants. Instead, tax documents show there were more than 300 rent-regulated units. Nearly all the permit applications were signed by a Kushner employee, including sometimes the chief operating officer.

It’s a fascinating process to watch unfold. I’m curious to know what sort of metrics, if any, Team Man-Baby are employing to judge political sentiment. That is clearly a concern as evidenced by the routine of tweet-splaining, Fox propaganda, and surrogate messaging all directed toward discrediting an “independent” investigation the President himself authorized and initiated, and for which he has nobody to blame but himself.
We partisan Democrats my be pleased to see the Trailerbilly King under scrutiny. But we have been, and we continue to be completely powerless in that respect. That’s been pretty obvious from the outset, despite liberal and independent media efforts to paint a picture of a government bound by rule of law, rather than by rule of party.
President PornFucker is preaching to the choir with this shit. He must sense or perhaps measure some need to demonstrate a “reason” for prematurely ending the criminal probe. I’d be curious to know what needle he’s trying to move, and how far he thinks he needs to move it before he can act. He will act. He will fire Mueller. He won’t let the investigation run its course. He can’t afford to let that happen.

Of course the idiot Pious Liar has superior knowledge since he avows that he (alone in all the universe) has access to the IG report detailing whatever wrongdoing McCabe is accused of.
He’s also an expert coder.
Nevertheless, it is useful I suppose to see and understand precisely what sorts of lies and distortions the lawless, trailerbilly, PornFucking, child molesting, Roypublican party depends upon to dispense with the rule of law.
The agency takes dishonesty, whether lying or failure to disclose, very seriously. The IG, Horowitz, is assumed to be a very forthright and honest adjudicator whose focus is on the interests of the agency above all else. His report on McCabe was referred to the OPR headed by a career pro with 14 years in position and plenty of experience weighing all kinds of allegations of misconduct against agency employees. In his statement AG Jefferson “Buttersotch” Sessions assures us that OPR agreed with the IG assessment that some of McCabe’s responses to the IG “lacked candor”. And we have no reason to doubt it. He goes on to say that Asst. Dep. AG Schools recommended McCabe be fired. And we have no reason to doubt that.
Butterscotch states McCabe was dismissed for lacking candor when speaking to investigators on the matter of an “unauthorized disclosure to the news media.” The “disclosure” in question was and is authorized under FBI rules. We know that without seeing the IG report because a) we know what the rules are, and b) the “disclosure” itself is not cited as being the reason for the firing. The “disclosure” was part of an effort by the Deputy Director’s office of public affairs to inform and correct reporting being done by the WSJ at the time about how the agency was conducting an investigation. Something the office of the Deputy Director is routinely authorized to do and does on a weekly basis. Direct contact was made by the public affairs officer, and not by the Deputy Director. The effort to correct the reporting was done with the knowledge and awareness of the Director and took place over a matter of several days. The questions from the OIG regarded this effort and these contacts with a reporter from the WSJ which took place over several days with the Director’s knowledge.
If it’s a regular part of your job to direct staff to communicate with media making sure that reporting about how the agency operates is accurate, and if you inform your bosses that you are doing so, then probably not a leak. And if a year later you are asked a long series of repeated and very specific questions about that effort, spanning several interviews over a period of weeks, and your answers are untrue, evasive, or your demeanor is uncooperative, even though you are suffering withering personal and professional attack from the White House at the time, you fucked up. You can be fired for that. Not sure a normal person would call that “lying”.
But since when were PornFucking, child molesting, Russian pandering, gun-fapping, arm-fishing trailerbillies normal people?

https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2018/3/17/17133284/donald-trump-andrew-mccabe-jeff-sessions-fired-former-fbi-director
Oh, and here’s that quote in its full context:
“McCabe’s firing shows how Trump has corroded the operations of the American government. There are real questions about McCabe’s performance at the FBI. But there are even deeper questions about Trump’s public vendetta against McCabe, and the role Sessions played in his termination.
“McCabe is not innocent of wrongdoing. He made a questionable call (at best) about allowing a leak to the press during the 2016 campaign and then he appears to have lied about it, though he says it was an honest mistake. You can imagine a normal administration, and a normal process, weighing McCabe’s actions carefully and seriously.
“But none of this is why Trump wanted McCabe gone, and ‘carefully and seriously’ is not how the process was conducted. Trump wanted McCabe gone because of McCabe’s involvement in the Justice Department investigation of Russian meddling in the campaign. Trump thinks McCabe is a Comey-aligned Democrat who was biased against him. Trump believes his political appointees should protect him. Trump has been explicit in public about all of this. And he has spent months publicly slandering McCabe and pressuring Sessions to fire him.
“Trump’s campaign had already worked. McCabe announced his retirement. The Trump administration fired him on Friday not to remove him from government, but to deny him the pension earned for over 20 years of government service. It was an act of punishment, not of personnel management.”
Personally, I think Vox is being overly kind by calling it “an act of punishment.” Mean-spirited, petty, vengeful, and tyrannical is more like it. But McCabe has already been offered a new job by Rep. Jamie Raskin. If McCabe accepts the position, he can start tomorrow, and he’ll be a senior staff attorney on the House Judiciary Committee. Probably working on impeachment.

“The day the draft notice came, Silvestre S. Herrera learned for the first time that he was not a US citizen. Even more shocking, the man he thought was his father wasn’t. Herrera was born in Camargo, Mexico. After his parents died, his uncle brought the infant Silvestre to El Paso, Texas and raised him as his own son. Because he was a citizen of Mexico, he didn’t owe service to the United States. Besides, he was 27, married with three kids, and another on the way. But he went anyway because, in his words, ‘I didn’t want anybody to die in my place.’
“He joined the 36th Infantry Division of the Texas National Guard. Months later, on 15 March 1945, Private First Class Herrera was with his unit, E Company, 142d Infantry Regiment, near Mertzwiller, France. As his platoon was moving down a road, they came under heavy enemy fire from the woods, forcing most of the men to seek cover. But PFC Herrera charged the enemy alone and neutralized the position, capturing eight enemy soldiers.
“With that threat ended, the platoon continued down the road. They soon came under enemy fire again from a second stronghold, pinning down the platoon. This time a minefield stood between the soldiers and the enemy gun emplacement. Disregarding the danger, Herrera rose to his feet and entered the minefield to attack the enemy. Mines exploded around him, but he continued to attack the enemy and draw their fire away from his comrades. Then a mine exploded under him, severing his leg below the knee. Still determined to stop the threat to his fellow soldiers, he struggled back up on his good leg to continue the attack.
Another mine exploded, this one severing his other leg below the knee. Despite intense pain and the unchecked bleeding of his wounds he lay in the minefield, firing to suppress the enemy while others of his platoon skirted the minefield to flank the enemy position.
“His courage and fighting spirit reflected honor upon his adopted nation and that of his birth. Private First Class Silvestre S. Herrera received the Medal of Honor” and U.S. citizenship.

Roger Rabbit Commentary: If I had to be in another war, I’d rather be in a foxhole with this guy than Cadet Bone Spurs. Citizenship is easy when you’re born with it; harder when you have to earn it. And only “natural born” citizens can be president. Maybe we should amend the Constitution so naturalized heroes can become president and native-born assholes can’t. Who would you rather have lead your country, a guy you’d want in your foxhole, or one you wouldn’t?

Oh Klamath Mountain hillbilly,
Puddy used VOX, the Journolist of leftist pinhead reporting to deliver the hammer blow. So, if VOX claimed McCabe lied then he must have lied. It means nuthin to you that they said it because all can see what you wrote above has no meaning to their reportage. You, Klamath Mountain hillbilly, just ramble on about nuthin all the time! Millions of pixels of BULLSHITTIUM with a lot of DIPSHITTIUM ad nauseum!
Take some FUKITOL and chill boy!

The Gambino crime family would be doing a better job in the Whitehouse than this crime family. The Trump family make the Gambino’s look like UNICEF.

Not even Butterscotch says that. Maybe the Pious Pedophile Pimp shared its “seeekrit early release” copy of the IG report with Click Pimp Ezra Klein. May they enjoy a long and happy relationship. Too bad about “the buddy” tho. Meh.

So whatever happened to Doctor Dumbfuck? He was acting kind of angry and bitter these past few weeks and now he’s disappeared. My guess is the doctor lost everything he owned trading options, and it was all because of the stupid orange buffoon’s tariff tweets. How funny would that be?
Elijah Dominic McDotcom spews:
53,
You wouldn’t want to discount the galloping humiliation of realizing he now belongs to the PornHub Party.
Used to be Dumbfuck could choke-fap himself into a beet-red frenzy just thinking about Monica’s semen stained blue dress. Now he just feels sad, dirty, and panicked about his trades.
Steve spews:
@54 I’m sure the $1.50/week tax cuts not going over very well in Pennsylvania didn’t help much. When you’re a troll and you lose your last trolling point, WTF are you gonna do?
Roger Rabbit spews:
@55 Kinda hard to give the working stiffs more than $1.50/week — there are so many of them — and still have 80% left for the 1%.

King County Metro is getting closer to an end of an Era. By next year, the last high floor, non-ac buses will leave the fleet. They started ordering low floor buses with the 3600 series, hopefully MEHVA will be getting one of them.

Today at 2:30 WA State will join CA in setting the standard for democracy, public participation, and voter access when Gov. Inslee signs four bills into law. State voting rights, election day registration, pre-registration for 16- and 17-year-olds, and motor voter.
Fantasic accomplishment only made possible by gaining control of the state legislature from the obstructionist child molesters of the PornHub Party. More voters + more participation = more and better democracy for everyone.
