Hardly. My candidates ran the table here in Washington. Kari Lake lost in Arizona. So did Mark Robinson and Michele Morrow in North Carolina. Losing the Senate was expected.
Interestingly, Trump is right at 50% to 51% in North Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Arizona — virtually every battleground state. That’s no popular mandate. The electorate doesn’t like or trust either candidate.

We won’t know for sure until we have voter file data next month. But the early clues will come from turnout totals and vote share totals by county in the swings. And it’s looking like Fat Hitler grew his share in his 2020 counties. And Harris did not. In fact in at least a few Biden 2020 counties Harris turnout declined. They stayed home.
Who are “they”? Too early to know, of course. Millennials and Gen Z. And likely that the hoped for surge of female turnout did not materialize. Dobbs stayed home.

Trump flipped Pennsylvania. Michigan (probably). Wisconsin. Georgia. Nevada. Arizona (probably). He won well over 300 electoral votes.
The GOP flipped three Senate seats, probably a fourth, and quite possibly a fifth.
So right there Trump’s got the cabinet he wants, the undersecretaries he wants, the treaties he wants, and the judges and justices he wants.
Now, to the House. Right now the House will remain (barely) in GOP control. Spending bills originate in the House, and the Speaker has substantial power over that legislative body.

As an example, just look at what the Democrats were able to accomplish with the IRA, which barely got through the Senate. Look at the number of times our spineless, DEI vice president was forced to cast a tie-breaking vote in order to move a bill through Congress.
Just for starters, the GOP can undo much of the IRA’s damage now, assuming it holds the House. After last night’s bloodbath there won’t be a whole lot of Democrat objection to the downgrading of EV requirements in that law. It’s not a popular law in the Rust Belt states and the employers of the UAW workers are losing billions trying to keep up with its requirements.
Of course last night’s results are a mandate for the GOP to govern, Robinhood Dumbfuck Rabbit. Claiming otherwise is just a weakling’s cry for help, and there’s none fucking coming.

For three straight election cycles the DNC put forth a deeply flawed nominee. For three straight cycles the RNC did the same.
