    The stock price whipsawed during an extremely volatile trading session in which more than 97 million shares traded hands — multiple times the company’s 30-day average trading volume. That figure marks Trump Media’s highest-volume day since it started publicly trading on the Nasdaq in late March, following a business merger with a blank-check firm.

    At the Economic Club, Lobbed a softball policy question currently in the news about a potential DOJ lawsuit to break up Google Donnie launched into a rant about how unfair Google’s search results have been to him.

    Biden got in good shots but it would have been absolutely hilarious if if he had swayed to Placido Domingo’s Bach/Gounod ‘Ave Maria’ at the end.

    He has the same ideas on race as the 1930s. Trump’s ideas on economy are from the ’20s. Trump’s ideas on women are from the ’50s. Folks, this is 2024 — we can’t go back.

    @8 Trump does go through a lot. He can’t trust anyone; they’re all out to get him. And that’s not counting the supporters trying to shoot him. I’m talking about his staff, closest aides, mistresses, and his own family. Being as unpopular as he is has gotta be a strain. And who knows what microbes are lurking in his unvaxxed body.     Tree falls on a light rail train in Southern New Jersey, killing the driver and injuring 20. Already the family is suing New Jersey Transit. Probably will have to sue Conrail, so that includes NS and CSX.

    The vehicle is a Stadler GTW, a light Diesel Multiple Unit also in use in Texas and California. Has since been superseded by Stadler’s FLIRT line.

    Yeah, me.

    Robinhood Dumbfuck Rabbit, the shares have more than doubled from their low in a matter of weeks. With volatility to the upside that high, a day of volatility to the downside is not a surprise to anyone. Except you, apparently.

    The shares will continue to do well as long as Trump continues to do well, and right now that seems to be the case. Why would he dump now if he expects further gains in the next three weeks as the election approaches?

    As the shares these days are essentially a play on the election outcome, traders are treating the shares as betting chips. The difference between the shares and using PredictIt is that after the election the shares will still exist, whereas with PredictIt there is either a gain or a loss, and not an equity position.

    All of us should expect substantial volatility in DJT through mid-November, at least. And at least until November 5 it won’t have anything to do with the number of shares Donald Trump holds.

    Glad to see that the basis for my Notadumbfuck Method of investing remains alive and well.
