Just getting back from a 🔥 campaign rally in Wisconsin where we blew up again.
But the night before is what I’m here to tell you about.
More than 53,000 of my Black brothers from every corner of the United States joined together in a virtual rally online to raise over $1.3 million for our campaign in four hours.
My brothers have got my back just like they’ve got America’s back, just like they always have. It’s once again incredibly humbling to see our people, America’s people, putting their faith in this campaign.
And I know it’s a great reassurance to all Americans to be reminded that our Black brothers are going to be there for us and give their all once again in the struggle for all our rights and freedoms.
Yet another box checked for freedom and democracy.

No, it’s a good thing if MAGA opens the door on birthright citizenship.
Elimination of birthright citizenship is a target of Project 2025, a goal for the SCOTUS majority, and one of the Trump promises. But it would strip citizenship rights away from close to 40 million current American citizens – community leaders, bankers, business owners, firefighters, doctors, teachers, and active duty Navy SEALs for example. And most of them have names that end with a “z” too.
If MAGA opens the door first by using it to go after Vice President Harris, then Democrats can flood the zone with ads targeting these voters and their communities in Texas, Florida, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado. And it’s us defending them from MAGA, rather than another cynical political attack.
We want MAGA to go after American race, American gender, and American family backgrounds. It produces turnout. And turnout is MAGA Kryptonite.
