Hey, I’m not the one who came up with 312 EVs for Trump. I’m just the one who mentioned it in HA.

But according to OpenLabs, that’s only part of the story. While the debate may have barely registered in national data, in their surveys of key Electoral College states where voters are paying closer attention to the campaign, Biden is doing noticeably worse. In a poll including third-party candidates, such as Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the president has fallen by around 2 points in every single core battleground—and also in states that were not even on the 2024 map last week. In the tipping-point state of Pennsylvania, Biden now trails by 7 points, compared to 5 points before the debate. He has also dropped in Michigan, where he now trails Trump by 7. OpenLabs also found that he is now losing by roughly 10 points in Georgia and Arizona, and by almost 9 points in Nevada.

The most worrisome angle to all this is that Trump is now within striking distance in a variety of states that weren’t considered campaign battlegrounds last week. Biden is now only winning by a fraction of a point in Virginia, Maine, Minnesota, and New Mexico—and he’s now only winning Colorado by around 2 points.

The survey also found that Biden is now losing in New Hampshire, news that aligns with a Saint Anselm College poll released Monday showing Trump suddenly winning the Granite State.

312 was a couple of weeks ago. Seems more like 330 these days, no?

Let’s revisit Trump’s thinking about good and evil, shall we?

“If you have ratings, you can be the meanest, most horrible human being in the world. There’s only one thing that matters: ratings. You can be nice, or you can be mean. You can be evil. You can be horrible. You can be crude or elegant. There’s only one thing that matters, and that’s ratings. If you don’t have ratings, it doesn’t matter.”

    https://www.rawstory.com/trump-ratings-evil-horrible/

The real significance of the polls Dumbfuck Troll keeps quoting is that America isn’t as good a country as we like to think it is.

    @ 8

@2 This poll has Harris competitive against Trump.

That poll shows Harris 2 points down against Trump, nationally. In 2020 Biden beat Trump nationally by 4.6 points but had 45,000 votes in three states gone the other way, Trump would have won.

Harris would have 6.6 points fewer than Biden did, if the poll is accurate.

That’s not “competitive”. You know that, Robinhood Dumbfuck Rabbit.

    Seems very normal.

The video was recorded last September. There are quite a few stories this week about how much Biden has declined over the last several months.

Biden may have seemed “normal” in September, to those with a low bar for normalcy. It does not argue against the cognitive inadequacy the American voters are seeing now.

Biden is a shell of his former self. Biden is functionally incompetent now, and last September does not change that one bit.

You are weak. Your argument is weak.

    Your argument is weak.

The Village Idiot’s “argument” is that a perfectly normal, very healthy, highly energetic and intelligent president with a first term record of accomplishments surpassing every Republican of the last few decades lapsed inexplicably into a total cognitive decline in a few months either without anyone noticing or with a vast global conspiracy apparatus actively engaged in concealing and denying it.

“And I’m desperate not to get my ass kicked while it happens.”

KATU Exclusive: Congresswoman Gluesenkamp Perez says “Biden is going to lose to Trump”

“About 50 million Americans tuned in and watched that debate. I was one of them for about five very painful minutes. We all saw what we saw, you can’t undo that, and the truth I think, is that Biden is going to lose to Trump. I know that’s difficult, but I think the damage has been done by that debate.”

She stopped short of calling on the President to drop out of the race, saying the Democrats have to accept the results of the primary elections.

“A core tenet of democracy is that you accept the results of an election and the reality is that primary voting has already happened to a degree that Biden is the nominee,” Gluesenkamp Perez said.

It’s not just the debate, missy. It’s that you voted for everything Team Fossil told you to vote for, and now you realize it’s going to cost you your job.

In the wake of this week’s shocking ruling from the United States Supreme Court granting presidents unlimited immunity, former President Trump continues his promises from the campaign trail to order mass arrests and imprisonment without trial of his past political opponents, including many Republican leaders who have opposed him in the past.

Under direct examination by Senator Mike Lee during confirmation hearings before the United States Senate, Associate Justice Kavanaugh testified at length about his views on presidential immunity.

Justice Kavanaugh clearly expressed his firm opinion that there was no such thing as any form of presidential immunity under the structure and meaning of the United States Constitution. He went further to state that it was his opinion that a president was directly subject to all the laws of the United States under all circumstances.

Perjury under oath in sworn testimony is grounds for impeachment, according to Republicans in 1998 at least.
