Lauren "I'm banging the help" Boebert spews:

I pack the heat in Theater! I put the ass in classy! I have all the betelJUICE to do whatever the fuck I want.

All I did was do what is my god given right as an American and make tons of noise and try to make a bootleg copy to sell on the street like it’s loose cigarettes. They won’t Eric Garner me for that because I’m a white girl!

U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert was escorted out of a Sunday night performance of the “Beetlejuice” musical in downtown Denver, accused by venue officials of vaping, singing, recording and “causing a disturbance” during the performance.

In an incident report shared with The Denver Post on Tuesday afternoon, officials with Denver Arts & Venues wrote that two patrons were asked to leave the city-owned Buell Theatre during the performance of the touring Broadway show. They previously were issued a warning during the intermission regarding behavior that prompted three complaints from other theatergoers, the report says.

The report does not name Boebert as one of the patrons or identify the other person. But her campaign office — while disputing the behavior alleged — confirmed that she was escorted from the Buell on Sunday night during the “Beetlejuice” show.

The incident report states that after receiving the intermission warning, about five minutes into the second act security officials received “another complaint about the patrons being loud and at the time (they) were recording.” Taking pictures or recording is not permitted at shows.

“We did not say we demand a 46% raise and 4-day workweeks. Wait, what, we did? And it’s on tape?

    Oh.

Well, what we meant to demand is a 35% raise.”

Remember when the UAW negotiated a contract that nearly bankrupted the major automakers and the taxpayers bailed them out? Remember how GM was about the only company taxpayers lost money on in that bailout? I do. https://reuters.com/article/us-autos-gm-treasury/u-s-government-says-it-lost-11-2-billion-on-gm-bailout-idUSBREA3T0MR20140430

Despite what you might hear in the corporate media, what the UAW is fighting for is not radical. It is the reasonable demand that autoworkers, who have made enormous sacrifices over the past 40 years, finally receive a fair share of the enormous profits their labor has generated.

I also remember that after emerging from bankruptcy, GM still was allowed to deduct $50 billion from earnings due to the losses that ordinarily are wiped away when a corporation emerges from bankruptcy.

That $50B was earnings not taxed and therefore taxes not paid to the Treasury. Taxpayers covered it.

    #CrookedHillary at the 2004 DNC:

Being a Senator from New York, I saw first-hand the devastation of 9/11. I visited Ground Zero right after we were attacked. I felt like I was standing at the Gates of Hell. I hope no American ever has to witness a sight like that again. That tragedy changed all of us. I know it changed me.

My corrupt, incompetent, senile plagiarizing president, yesterday:

Each of us—each of those precious lives stolen too soon when evil attacked. Ground Zero in New York, I remember standing there the next day and looking at the building. I felt like I was looking through the gates of hell, it looked so devastating because of the way you could—where—from where you could stand.

Biden stole a little too much. The day after 9/11 he was participating during sessions in the Senate.

So many lies from the guy, it’s clear he has no concept of the truth.

@4 Biden is not a perfect president or candidate. Got a better one? No, didn’t think so.

You’re not in heaven yet, doc (and it’s doubtful you ever will be). No angels here. Elections often are about the least-worst choice.

You and your fellow Republicans are making that an easy choice.

Why More Baby Boomers Are Sliding Into Homelessness
    https://wsj-article-webview-generator-prod.sc.onservo.com/webview/WP-WSJ-0001142583
Those newly homeless were more likely to cite the death of a spouse or a medical emergency as the cause, and they often felt shocked—even betrayed—that they were homeless after thinking they had done everything right to earn a decent retirement, homeless advocates said. “These are people who worked their whole lives. They had typical lives, often working physically demanding jobs, and never made enough to put money away.”

Florida needs about 400,000 more low-cost rental units to meet demand, according to a 2023 analysis.
Volunteers of America of Florida said five of their 11 low-cost buildings for seniors each have 100 people on waiting lists, and the remaining six each have 500 people on waiting lists. “The reason we don’t have more is because HUD asked us to stop accepting applications”

    >> Florida voters don’t care. They elected Ron DeSantis.

    June CPI: 3.0%
    July CPI: 3.2%
    August CPI: 3.7%

The consumer price index, which measures costs across a broad variety of goods and services, rose a seasonally adjusted 0.6% for the month, and was up 3.7% from a year ago, the U.S. Department of Labor reported Wednesday. Economists surveyed by Dow Jones were looking for respective increases of 0.6% and 3.6%.

The good news is wages are up 0.5% over the past year, meaning Queen YLB’s fucked kids are more than 3% behind and are losing more ground each and every month.

Bidenflation touches all. Queen YLB voted for her kids to be fucked by it.

Lemme know if Boebert decides to do a Chaturbate show.

She won her last outing by just over 500 votes, or 0.07% of turnout, following a mandatory hand recount. It’s less than a rounding error.

And thanks to the enduring support of unrepentant trolls, Trump will be on the ballot in 24.

Perhaps a return to sex work would do her good. She seems like a real people person.
