    JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) — A constitutional amendment to restore abortion rights in Missouri will move forward after a judge on Tuesday broke a standoff between two Republican officials that had halted the process.

    So remember the dubfuck making fun and trying to justify a Seattle cop mowing down a pedestrian because she was too busy staring at her phone to get out of the way.

    Well shit…the cop lied about a priority call (this is no longer in dispute) despite what SPD initially told the media, AND was doing 74 in city through intersections in opposition to policy on response.

    Oh, and witnesses are saying the pedestrian totally tried to react but Officer Rambo mowed her down and she never had a chance at survival. One of her airpods was found 100 feet away from impact. The impact disabled his cruiser to the point of not being able to get to medical response supplies. Not that that would have been helpful to someone you hit with a cattle clearer on the front of a cruiser at 74mph.

    According to SPD’s vehicle inspection report after the crash, Dave struck Kandula so hard that his hood crumpled—sustaining a long gouge from her elbow at the point of contact—and smashed his windshield. After hitting her, Dave got out of the car to get his EMT equipment, but had to force the passenger side door open because the car’s fender was pushed back, obstructing the door.

    A witness described Kandula walking into the intersection, then attempting to run. “I heard a siren approaching,” the witness said.” I saw her … start to move faster as though, like, ‘I need to get out of the street, there’s a siren coming. And then I heard a loud thud.” According to SPD’s analysis of the incident, “it is believed that she was attempting to reach an area of perceived safety.” Once she was in crosswalk, Kandula had “little time to assess her options to respond to the threat” given the speed the car was going, the report says.

    The incident report shows another lie…

    The incident report quotes Dave telling a sergeant who responded to the scene that Kandula “was in the crosswalk, she saw me, she started running through the crosswalk. Slammed on my brakes. Instead of staying back where she should before crossing, she just zips,” then made a motion with his hands from left to right.

    Witnesses indicate she was already in the crosswalk when Officer Dave came barreling to her at an unsafe speed well above SPD guidelines for a level 1 response.

    Everything SPD said about this case to the media in the 48 hours after was a lie. Except the part that someone died.

    Maybe we can defund SPD of the few million the civil suit is going to hand out for a Grad student and their lifetime earning potential?

    I’m not sure if the tapes are real. Or if they even exist. What’s important is that I went on the floor and alleged they are real so the AM Radio crowd can get riled up to storm the Capital.

    I have this form that deals with unverified things that says it exists and how do I know if it exists until the FBI produces the tapes. That may not exists. They need to give me the tapes. Because they exist. Maybe. Or not but the FBI must have the tapes somewhere even if they don’t exist and I intend for keep investigating.

    I read the shooter was after his ex. The lesbian couple got in the way trying to help her. The ex was a accomplished runner so the shooter made sure he shot her in the legs, destroying them, in case he didn’t kill her. Incel.
