I quit my job and went on SSI because I decided it was unfair that my employer offered tuition assistance, sick leave, daycare assistance, dependent healthcare benefits, and vacation.
Because of my history as a sex offender I can’t get into any schools. I never get sick. I can’t have children because of what happened to my testicles in 8th grade shop class. And I don’t have any friends. It isn’t fair that my employer spent so much money on employee benefits that I don’t use. Why shouldn’t I have been paid that money instead?

Immigration procedures are quasi-judicial in nature generally. But if a state sued, the way Texas has, alleging that the immigration judge-magistrate is violating the law that winds up in real federal court.
