The youngest was a bit of a late bloomer. Didn’t get accepted at the oldest’s first choice so he went to the JC which was just a good hike away from the homestead. Had a head start because he did running start.. Didn’t care much for High School.
Got into his first choice after JC.. Did his last quarter at home, online – pandemic.. Couldn’t walk across the stage like the oldest did – pandemic..
Both made the Dean’s list at the first choice many times..

Wishful thinking, dude. Senate districts 1-10 are the panhandle areas. Your poll only gave DeSantis 58% in those districts. Trump took 80+% in some of them and 70+% in a lot more.
The poll undercounted panhandle votes. One reason may be that the phone calls to the panhandle areas didn’t arrive between 4-8 pm, they arrived between 3-7 pm because the panhandle is in CST.

He refused to address the issue, and instead blamed the media for reporting on it. And in doing so he made one good point. Referring to the major media companies who had reported the story, DeSatan said this kind of reporting “doesn’t work anymore” because “…nobody in the public believes their garbage”.
Democrats have a big problem that has been around for a while and that they are still doing almost nothing about. They have a great message. They support and work hard for things that big majorities of American voters like. They have a message of freedom, opportunity and growth. A message of equality and prosperity. A message of tolerance and inclusion. And they have a proven track record to back all of it up. They propose policies that benefit big majorities of voters over special interests and fat cats. And people like what Democrats have to offer.
But despite all of that, when it comes time for rubber to hit the road and for that messaging to be delivered, Democrats still rely overwhelmingly on an intermediary that most American voters do not trust. Democrats still rely on channeling their messages through independent corporate media companies that are garbage and that voters no longer trust or believe.
Democrats don’t have their very own Breitbart, FOX, Newsmax, etc. So they rely instead on independent corporate media who insist on “balance”. And so their messaging is not only being conveyed in channel with a low level of trust and authority, but it is massively diluted into a noisy, shitty space filled with both-siderism, celebutard trash, weak analysis, and hidden corporate agendas.
The answer to that is not going to be Sam Seder or Rachel Maddow. It’s going to have to be something much more sophisticated, modern, and institutionally loyal to progressive values and goals.
